Man, are these guys helpful! I've got limited mobility so the service to install new wiper blades and batteries is, granted, something they've always done, but I never stop being delighted that they do! Their employees I've come into contact with in person and on the phone are friendly, fast and helpful. The prices are just fine and the selection is vast! The shop is clean, too, and that's impressive when it's snowing and muddy outside!

Not going to lie, everyone at this location is amazing. Quick and friendly. I have had to buy parts for two of my roadside service vehicles here. They have all ways given a fair and honorable price on everything from wire and battery’s to windshield wipers and light bulbs. Even when I did have specialty part for doing at home repairs. Fantastic place.

I stopped in late after snapping my windshield wiper off while it was snowing. Nathan was super friendly and not only got me a deal, but also installed my new wipers for me in the snow and cold. Thanks Nathan!!!

I have been buying parts from O'Reilly for over 30 years, so I was absolutely astounded when I took my battery back (which was under warranty still) and after clarifying that it was dead, they refused to replace it. Mut much, much worse than that was the disgusting apathetic attitude shown to me by Ken, whom I assume was the manager. A Grey haired gentleman had been helping me, but he was having trouble finding the receipt I. Their system (which they assured me they would do when I bought the battery.) The battery had a 12/20 sticker,meaning it was sold in Dec 2020 or later. Since I visited on nov 30th, the battery was absolutely under warranty. While looking through a few of my accounts (different phone numbers, as I had moved a few times between 2019 and 2022, there were literally multiple pages of parts I had purchased from O'Reilly Ap over the years. Rather than taking care of a decades long client, they decided to make me purchase. New 200 dollar battery right before Christmas because they apparently no longer stand behind even their warranties parts! But the worst part of it all was little mealy mouthed Ken. When I asked him if this was how they normally took care of lo long time customers, he shrugged his shoulders and said "I guess so!" If any of the 2.3 million people who normally read my reviews see this, DO NOT EVER SHOP FOR PARTS AT O'REILLY AGAIN!

Ken, your ASM needs a lesson on managing and taking care of guests. He is by far the worst, laziest “manager” I have experienced. He Didnt know the battery was not ready/ needed to be filled,& told me it was ready to install… Attempted to get the 20% off labor day deal. I wasted 10 minutes entering my order into the website to qualify for the discount but the website was not working. The subtotal was $102 plus tax, which qualified for the discount. Ken refused to honor it. His solution was a 10% military discount, which was the “best he could do.” I gave him the chance to make it right, but he refused to do so. I live very close to O’Reilly and have been here multiple times but this will be the last. If I could leave a 0 of 5 star review I would.

Amazing service ! I have never been this place ever . I went down there to damp the dirty oil and to buy some parts at this place . But the service was amazing and cool. They treating you nicely with a great smile . Keep it and . KARL you deserve 10 Star ⭐️! Thank you
