I am extremely grateful to Michael O for his recent excellent insight and keen eye. I came in to replace a lightbulb in my headlight and he came out to help me. He spotted the issue, which was unrelated and saved me hours of frustration and a trip to the shop! He is young, but knowledgeable and motivated. As well, his polite manner is beyond what we usually experience with others of the same age! We have lots of options for auto parts stores, but I will be a loyal customer at this store!

Excellent knowledgeable staff and well-trained. This is my go-to parts store for someone who's been in the automotive industry for 30 years. My counterperson teal is exceptional and was able to find the parts and give me the choices so I can make the best selection for my issues.

Went in for a simple battery replacement and what I got was service that went above & beyond my expectations. Not only did the employee Bailey swap out my old battery, but he gave me a lot of insight on an underlying issue I wouldn’t have seen had I replaced my battery myself. Great man! Excellent service. I highly recommend this store in particular.

As I entered I was greeted promptly and asked if I needed assistance with anything. I told the guy behind the counter what I needed and he was quick to offer several different options. After a few minutes of considering my choices I came to a good decision and had what I came for. My transaction was quick and efficient. Good service like this is always welcomed and appreciated.

Guys in there are very helpful I would recommend this place to anyone
Typical auto parts store like the rest. I had to use their scanner because my engine light came on. it end up been nothing serious (most likely dirty gas). If you want to find out something is better to google it. They dont have much knowledge bc are Not mechanics. But they do have all the parts and then some you may need!
Michael, engine code scanning is just one of the free services we offer. It is great to hear that you are using that service. When it comes to check engine codes though, our stores can provide the code but cannot guarantee the problem will be resolved during the visit. The store should be happy to refer the customer to one of our Commercial accounts for a more comprehensive diagnosis by a trained automotive technician.
Harmon and Aaron were very helpful in getting me a new battery. They changed it out on the spot in about 20 minutes. Thanks!
I've gone to this specific location about 5 times over the last 2 years. Each time I'm reminded why I should try to get everything from this store. I visit at various times, sometimes near end of day sometimes on weekend. Each time (regardless of how busy they are) when it comes to my time for assistance these guys are top notch. I don't know names or remember names, it's everyone I've ever encountered here. Good, helpful attitudes and they take the time to assist you and not rush you through or process you to get to their line if they have one. They are knowledgeable and offer advice when they have it. They usually have what I need in stock and if not they are able to get it quickly. Cannot say enough about the service from this specific location. It's not just me I see them treat everyone this way and be very helpful. I'll recommend this specific location to everyone I know whenever they need parts or fluids. If I pay a little more than if I order of ebay or Amazon I don't care because I'm getting service, convenience and helping support a great branch of this chain. In some cases, that is worth paying a 'premium' for their availability and expertise and advice when choosing parts.
