Went into AutoZone today to grab a few things and they had DEF on sale so I grabbed one. Turns out the sign was incorrect and it was $27.99 instead of $21.99. I asked the manager Shyann where the price says it's $27.99, she said that is the correct place for the price but it isn't the price for the product that it's above. Wouldn't honor price and bad customer service.

The store manager Chris went above and beyond the call of duty to replace a battery in my wife's Cadillac that wasn't a normal install at all. This was completed outside in 98 degree weather. His customer service was stellar and his demeanor as the job got more detailed only seemed to challenge and heighten his great attitude. I am thankful for his dedication to his job, the options he provided in my purchasing a battery, (I have bought numerous batteries from this very same store), and although have always had excellent service, this was exceptional! Thank you Chris.

Shyann was so sweet and helpful getting me some new windshield wipers! She helped me place them on and showed me some tricks if I have trouble with them. Will absolutely be coming back to this location!

I came in late this evening because I was having trouble with my battery. All the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Jack Wells got me all the right parts, and installed my battery and wipers. It is such a relief to have a reliable car again thanks to his help. I will definitely be a return customer.

Jack Wells did an amazing job! He helped me find exactly what I needed and was super nice about it. However, the bigger older man is always not helpful, always in a hurry, and just seems lazy

Everyone knows how awful it is to get stranded on the road when you are traveling. Well this is exactly what happened to us on Sunday evening - our alternator on the truck broke down and since it happened on Sunday and it was past six we thought we were stuck for the night. But luck was on our side- we stopped by this AutoZone location where these 3 amazing people helped us out- Shy, Randy and Kidd. They tested our truck and found the problem and even though Kidd was on the way home (his shift ended prior to our arrival) he helped me with removal and installation of new alternator. I wanted to say thank you for going above and beyond with your services. What a great people!!! You guys helped me and my family and you made us feel special. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!!

I've been to AutoZone a few times in the last week so I'm not sure which time I should review LOL one time I went and the guy that helped me insisted that I was giving the correct thing come to find out it was not the next time I went was to return that part I guess it depends on which AutoZone this is making me review
