Nick is a very great employee and definitely deserves a raise he was very helpful,communicative,welcoming etc he even offered to help to push my car out of the lot because I’m missing reverse haha but I’ve had great experiences at this place and nick definitely makes car troubles a lot easier

We've shopped at the Castle Rock location for almost 2 decades. My husband does almost all our car repairs, so we've spent thousands over the years. Today I was insulted and humiliated by the manager. A few weeks ago, my daughter's car broke down, overheating, in the mountains, so we stopped at the Woodland park location and purchased radiator hoses and clamps, not sure what we would need. Turns out we did not them. When we got back to Castle Rock, my daughter tried to return them for me, but they wouldn't process the return saying they needed my debit card. I went by tonight, about a week later, to return them. About $50, not a lot of money. And they said they had already been returned and immediately got accusatory that I was trying to return them twice. When I would try to talk, the manager would interrupt insisting I had what been refunded. I had to pull up my checking account to show I did not have a credit. All over $50! He Finally allowed part of the items to be returned and the last $20 item they suggested I try selling it online. Seriously!!? I cannot believe they so quickly accused a life long customer of being a thief. I will never shop there again!

I’m only ever coming here. Steven was so kind and helpful - not only did he help me find the correct windshield wipers… he also recognized me struggling to replace them, and had Barrett come help me! Doesn’t stop there.. Barrett dude, showed me how to replace them, so I can smack a new set on myself. Y’all are good people and thanks for being so thoughtful 🤙🏼

I just want to say the customer service here at this AutoZone was so great my battery in my car died and fennigsn was so helpful and nice help with the battery put in and his manger will also came out to help both very polite and customer service is out of this world. WOW! Amazing staff! I've gone here for years and always kind and welcoming. Today had an issue with a spark plug and they spent quite a bit of time helping me and William in parts was fantastic. Great store and come in for all your needs! Thanks auto zone at plum creek!

I went to the store to buy parts. I bought the parts headed up the car. The person that did not check me out so they did not pay for my items which I did. Calling me a thief. Steve G maybe you just need to mind your business
