Staff was super helpful while we tried to find the right bolt for a kickstand. They were all very knowledgeable and even provided tools to help with the fix.

Justin is a very good staff, I needed the brake pad sensor this morning, because I bought the brake pad from another company but did not have the sensor, when he checked the system for me, they didn't have the sensor in the store, But because of his carefulness, he helped me find a brake pad with a sensor. Thanks to him, I successfully completed my brake pad replacement. In addition, he has a lot of auto parts knowledge and provided me with a lot of information, I highly recommend everyone to buy here and find the accessories you need through him!

I bought a couple of batteries that ended up being duds. 2020 The rep when I returned upgraded me to a die hard and I believe put it on. Well my battery was dead this morning had to get a jump. I was told that die hard batteries last for years. Well chris the rep gave me a hard time stated that i should have never gotten that battery as a upgrade I said why not I was sold two duds and the rep made it right.chris was so negative in everything that he said to me when i got to my next destination. I cried. But ended up getting blessed. God loves me chris.

Guy, with the long hair, was freaking awesome! Autozone and Napa they both told me to use A_T_F_ Trans fluid in my manual transmission. Which I went with my gut and common sense and found this place which had MANUAL TRANSMISSION FLUID for a MANUAL TRANSMISSION! Even was made by Honda. Thanks long hair guy you saved my accord! Screw autozone and Napa. You both suck!

Always nice people every time I go there. Dude even waived a battery core replacement return for me so I was able to bring it back a few days later.

Staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Had what I needed in stock and what they didn't they ordered in for me. Prices are comparable.

This is a great auto parts store. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I had a battery I bought in January stop holding a charge. Brought it in without a receipt and they were able to pull it up with my phone number and make an easy exchange. Typically well stocked on most common parts.

Wow! So impressed with the friendly service here. We were trying to get coolant for my friend's Honda Pilot. Not only were they super helpful with finding the correct coolant but they also helped us put it into her car. Both of our husband's are gone, one in other state and the other overseas. They went above and beyond even though I sang the "O'Reilly Auto Parts commercial song." It's so nice to know that we can walk into this store and be treated so great. Thank you Justin, Larry, Bob and Wylie!! You have forever customers:)
