Took my Jeep 6 month ago for some auto repairs, I needed exhaust and brake repair service. They did an amazing job with the full inspection with photos and videos to show the issue. They fixed my engine lights issue, which was due fuel filter, checked my AC, alignment and a great set of tires. Staff Tony and Roby are friendly and accommodating. Going back for sure for my oil change scheduled meeting.

For starters, I was able to make an appointment the same morning that I wanted to bring my car in for an oil change, so I love the availability. I arrived at my appointment approximately 20 minutes early, and Willie greeted me with a smile and a welcoming tone. When I expressed that I needed to be out within 90 minutes to pick my daughter up from cheer practice, he assured me that I’d be on my way in time. I didn’t even wait an hour for my oil change, and they recommended I change a filter. I’m glad they did because I had no idea where the unpleasant smell was coming from when I turn on my A.C. The smell is now gone . Oh, and they gave me a $20 coupon. I have always only taken my vehicles to the dealership for oil changes and service, but now I’ll be taken it to this Meineke.

Came in for 4:30 oil change appointment. Waited till 4:50 because nobody was at the front desk and the tech in the back said he does not know where everybody is and he doesn’t have their phone numbers. Was about to walk out when person that checks cars in finally came in . Tech overfilled oil to the point where we had to take the car back to get it redone. Would not recommend this place for an oil change.

The appointment went fine I got an inspection to make sure my vehicle was ready for a cross country road trip. I was told there were no major repairs to get done before the trip and that I would make it fine. Only problem I had was not receiving a printed or emailed copy of the inspection I emailed meinike to get a copy of the inspection but haven’t received a reply yet.

I dropped it off at 7:30 for a 9am scheduled time for an oil change and tire rotation. I told them I would be back by 11am which he replied okay. I got there at 11:30 and I was told that they did start it? He said to come back this afternoon which seems strange for an oil change, I finally received a text message at 4pm saying it was done. The gentleman felt bad and offered me 50% off, the total price was $34.95? I was charged $20 for a tire rotation which used to be free. They don’t have any pricing on the walls anymore. So I paid it and get into the car and noticed my oil light was still on, I asked him to turn it off and after 10 minutes later he said this was a tough one to figure out, isn’t he in the business to being able to fix a light indicator? I will not be going back.

My Nicki did a fabulous job working us in on short notice and getting our car done on the same day. Everything seems to be great. I would highly recommend them.

I took it in for a preventative maintenance leak repair. The leak was the size of a baseball. After $920 oil sealant repair, the car immediately overheated, fan ran super fast and leaked a puddle of coolant 4 ft by 4 ft. I had to take it back. They fixed the overheating, but the coolant leaking got worse. After taking it back for a 3rd time, I saw they left dirty rags in the engine compartment and didn't finish screwing everything back together. I was told a new tech was working on my car. I would suggest they have a senior tech review the work or supervise more before releasing to the customer. In addition to the inconvenience and trouble, I racked up quite an Uber bill going back in forth every other day for a week.

I walked into a very comfortable clean professional store. The manager who was on duty was very very nice very professional, and he treated me like he knew me for years I would highly recommend this store to anyone who drops by or sees it from the sidewalk to walk in and get an estimate to get your car taken care of. They are very honest people in there and they take good care of you.

Not the best experience 😕. Spent a total of 2000$ on both my cars. First car broke 3 hours later, after driving off the lot. Then second car I took in, check engine light was still on when they said it was fix. Customers service guy was nice, but it was a waste of money.

Came in for an oil change and needed brakes. Very friendly, honest and fast service. Will be back for sure
