This was not good. I had an 11:00 AM appointment for a tire repair and diagnostic. When I got there, he informed me they don't do tire repair and it would be two hours for diagnostic. I ended up just leaving. But the employee was very nice.

I had work done here in 2021 on my 2010 Honda Odyssey. They replaced water pump, timing belt, and valve covers. They were polite and professional. However, I recently started having trouble so I took the vehicle to Thompson Auto. They looked over the vehicle and told me I needed valve cover gaskets replaced. I told them about my work at Meineke and they recommended I call to see if I was still under warranty. Upon calling, I was informed that they only had a 90 day warranty! I find that to be a shockingly short timeframe. Ultimately, I had to have them redone, and chose Thompson Auto as they offer a 3 year warranty on their work. Bottom line: While they do decent work, check over paperwork and the stipulations for what you're paying for carefully, as they offer minimal coverage windows on their work.

The people working there made me feel special and treated me with respect listen to what my problem was and fixed it the mechanics were professionals front desk guy was very professional I will most definitely be bringing back all my cars here and telling all my friends these people took care of me like family I will most definitely be back

Do NOT go here. Back in February I went here to get an oil change, they gave me a laundry list of car issues (differentials, outer tie rods and cooling systems) and then charged me for an air filter even though I declined to have it replaced. After checking to confirm they did not replace the air filter, I called to get a refund. I was told I would have to be in store, so they offered me a free oil change instead. Other than the note on my receipt I asked how that would be known and the guy assured me there would be a note on my account, of course I go in today and there is no note and the man at the desk had not been there when all of this went down, so no comp on an oil change. On top of that, I went to have a follow up with Subaru that week about the other issues Meineke had tried to get me to fix, and Subaru confirmed that none of those were actual issues, Meineke was just trying to get money out of me. These guys are not to be trusted, if they think they can take advantage of you they will.

We are on vacation while driving Sheridan and someone sideswiped us. We stopped at this location to see if they could help us with the mirror on drivers side that got busted. Ellen came out and helped us get it taped so glass didn't fall out more and taped back into place so we don't get a ticket for no drivers side mirror. And Ellen did it out of the kindness of her heart. It's great to know there are still kind people in the world.

I had a $44.95 cupon for a full synthetic oil change, but I ended up paying $20 over that price=$65.01 partly because my car takes six and a half quarts of oil and their limit is five quarts. I can understand that. But I was charged $25.45 for labor to perform an inspection and oil change, which I thought it was included in the price of the coupon. Plus $8.67 fees? I found that misleading. I also asked for an inspection and quote for brakes and new rotors, But was just given a light, visually inspection with the tires on and a number of $502.84 with no explanation of how much the rotors were or the pads or what kind of warranty or anything else, Even though I asked about a sign they had in the store about 50% discount on brakes. I found the young man at the desk with the sleeve tattoos just not very helpful.

Guy behind the counter was friendly. Brought my car in for what I thought was a free A/C check, and left with a diagnosis bill of $80 and a quote to get a new AC compressor for $1900… no way. 2 stars for the outrageous pricing and deceptive “free A/C check” — cmon… plenty of car places out there… I went to Pride Auto and they quoted me HALF of this corporate joint… stay local my friends!!!

I recently took a vehicle to this shop for a pre-purchase inspection and the technicians were very helpful when making the decision to buy this car. Ellen was very willing to let me take a look under the car while on the lift to make sure there was no structural damage or leaks to the vehicle. Robb, the Service Advisor, provided some resources that helped me make a more informed decision before the purchase. I don't live in Arvada but this was definitely one of the best auto shop experiences I have had in recent memory and it led me to a reliable vehicle I got at a great price. I also didn't have to sit around all day since the team was pretty quick and efficient. Thank you, Meineke!

Incredible staff. They took the time to show me a minor leak in person and walked me through repair details. Brakes plus in Boulder told me I needed to get my brakes replaced asap and that I only had 1mm left on them. That was a blatant lie. These folks let me know that I was only halfway through the life of them (6-8mm). I highly recommend getting your maintenance done here.

Nice staff although over priced. It was $77 to run a diagnostic for a check engine light which is free at AutoZone…I don’t ever remember paying money to have a code reader plugged into my car. Needed a throttle body replacement and the mark up on the item is over 100% from the exact same part online.. I also had a misfiring spark plug and was told which cylinder and then it felt like I was being up sold on an entire coil, spark plug replacement for all cylinders…it would take 2.3 hours and $719 for a replacement. I mentioned that I changed all the coils and spark plugs two years ago and if I needed just one coil and plug it would still cost $719? I was told that it would… Also, I specifically requested for a new fuel filter and air filter. Neither were replaced…I didn’t love it and there are better options out there. Won’t be back as it all just felt like money grabbing. For those that read this. If you have a check engine light and your car still runs please take it to an auto parts store and save yourself $77.
