Had to bring my work truck in for a long due oil service today. Javier was very helpful and notified me that there were a few maintenance items that needed to be done soon. This was great information and explained why my truck had been running a little rougher than usual. Service was prompt and thorough. Had me in and out and back on the road in no time. Thank you Midas team for your great customer service and attention to detail.Would highly recommend taking your vehicle here!

Midas & Javier were great! They took care of my car for exactly what it needed and nothing more (in the best way). Javier actually took the time to clue me in about what my car needed which made me feel comfortable and trusting. Not only was it good & quick service, but the customer service iwas the highlight of my experience. They quickly made a loyal customer in me! 10/10 recommend.

I am so grateful for the honesty and integrity of this Midas shop! I was traveling, and felt that my car was in need of urgent and potentially expensive attention, yet Steve and his crew checked it out and found my car to be in good shape. Steve was honest enough to tell me so and not even charge me a fee for the evaluation! Thank you guys again, my local friend in Windsor Gardens will spread the word. It's's refreshing to find a business in this day and age that's trustworthy.

Had some issues getting a follow up after filling out an appointment request online. HOWEVER, the service here and the staff are excellent. Personable, helpful, did what they could to save me as much money as possible. These people really care about the customers. I'll be back over and over

If you want to pay top dollar like you would at a dealership and then some and not sure if the work was done then your at the right place. I would suggest if you can do the work yourself or no someone that can you would be better off going that way bc they mark up prices up to 85% and just to look at the problem it's 100$ then if it worked going in it won't work going out if they just are doing an estimate. This place is the best example of a total scam. So many places out there that will take advantage of women, men who don't know about cars, it's sad and business need to stop this behavior hopefully with reviews that are honest and to the point they'll get the message.

Our vehicle died on us while driving, and it had to sit at Stevinson Toyota East all weekend just for them to tell me they don’t know if they can help me. Ahead of my appointment. I called this Midas, and they instantly were eager to get me in. They ran a diagnostic found the issue and fixed it all in the same day. Incredible job. I will definitely be returning for all future mechanical work.

Best auto shop I’ve been to. The manager Javier was a great guy and made sure my car was taken well care of. He gave me advice about maintaining my older car and future steps. Will be coming back to this shop for my auto needs!

I wasn't sure what was wrong with my vehicle which always makes me nervous because I don't want to be taken advantage of. The crew at Midas on S Havana were extremely patient and informative, and helped diagnose the issue without any BS or trying to upsell me. My vehicle was fixed very quickly and they called to give me updates throughout the process even though they were busy and I will absolutely come back to this location again.
