I had an absolutely phenomenal experience with TH Automotive fixing a coolant leak (cracked radiator) in my Lexus GX460. Contacted them via the website Monday morning, received a call shortly thereafter, got scheduled for Wednesday. On Wednesday I dropped it off early (745 am). Shortly thereafter they tell me they found the problem is a cracked radiator and they can fix it same-day for $950. I agree, and at 4pm I pick up my car. Everyone was super pleasant to talk to. I got this issue resolved more quickly than I would've anticipated for about the price I would've expected. Based on this experience I would absolutely come back and recommend friends.

We've been using TH Auto since moving to Colorado. Didn't want to start using chain auto shops around town so I'm glad we found TH Auto. Called on a Wednesday with a small list of things to do on our vehicle and we were in and out the next day. One stop shop for most things automotive, our KIA Sorento had a bad oil drain plug, TH Auto replaced the plug and checked for other leaks as well. While in the shop, I had them do an alignment and check the brakes. Very honest when looking at the braking system, mentioned I did not need new pads or rotors. I told them it had a slight vibration when stopping so they machined the rotors and it's a lot better now. I appreciate the honesty and not having me buy new front rotors. We'll be using TH Automotive for years to come!

This place is amazing. I had taken my car to 2 other places and they couldn't figure out what was wrong. I took my car here and by lunch time they had called me with what was wrong and an estimate and told me my car would be ready the next afternoon. They ended up charging me less than originally quoted because things didn't take as long as they anticipated. As a person who knows nothing about cars, I feel extremely comfortable taking my car here and not feeling like I'm getting ripped off.
