    I can't say enough about the excellent service here. Ian worked directly with my warranty company to get the charges handled, and Ben gave me a ride home so I wouldn't have to hang out in the shop all day. They got the truck back on the road well ahead of schedule as well by going down to the city to retrieve the needed part. Excellent service all around!!

    I had fluid under my wife's car that I couldn't identify-It's late November and the earliest the Ford dealership could get me in was January 25th? So I tried Grant Automotive- I got right in at 8am - It was hydraulic fluid leaking from a bad motor mount, it required replacement- I had the vehicle back before lunch- It couldn't have been easier and the price was right. I have 3 vehicles now out of warranty- So they'll be seeing me again- Very happy I went there-

    Love Grant Automotive. Such a huge relief to have people I can trust. Ian is awesome! But please fix your WiFi to make it easier to wait, it hasn’t worked in over 12 months.

    I broke down right in front of their shop on a Sunday coming back from camping towing my toy hauler. I lost my brakes and steering due to a broken belt. I tried to find one to replace myself but couldn't find one. I didn't want to wait or pay for towing on a Sunday. So I decided to leave my truck there and drop my keys in the night drop box hoping they could fix my truck the next day. The next day Ken called and said he was really busy but would see what he could do. Well luckily he found the parts and was able to make time to fix my truck so I could get my toy hauler home. Thx Ken!

    These guys are awesome, very honest, always on time and within quoted prices. I've taken a few of my cars here and they have always taken great care of me. They take the time to properly diagnose issues, explain the problem in terms I can understand and present options that make sense. I've never felt any pressure and they have always gotten me taken care of on time and feeling confident that I made an informed decision regarding any needed repairs.

    My Dad always said "Finding a good, honest mechanic is harder than finding a gold nugget, and when you find one, you hang onto it." This certainly holds-true with Grant Auto. I have been taking my vehicles to Grant Auto for about 13 years and I have been very happy with their service. They are honest and conduct themselves with integrity and professionalism. I have worked with Ben and Marty several times, but Leo has been my account manager for many years. All of the employees have been a pleasure to work with but Leo has been rock-solid on every service I've needed help with. He's great with communication and offers flexibility, laying-out options to help me find a cost-effective solution that fits my needs. Even if you're not a "mountain dweller" like me, you should consider taking your vehicle to Grant for service. You won't regret it!

    Easy to make an appointment. My service advisor Kent knows my vehicle history and insures I get the service I need to keep it running strong. Grant techs are very knowledgeable in Ford diesel truck mechanics. They spotted a problem with the transmission fluid, called me recommending a fluid and filter change, and completed the work. I hope to get more life out of the truck as a result.

    Kent helped us out with our Mini and Jeep. Very honest, trustworthy approach to maintenance! I suspected clutch fail for Mini, but Grant service tested and suggested I hold off. Dealer would have likely encouraged spend. Bottom line, quality care without the elevated over-$ervicing I've experienced with dealer. Great personable staff as well! I trust them.

    Very un knowledgeable. Spent over $4000.00 with this company on my truck and had to take it back to them 3 different times for them to actually fix what I brought it in to them for in the first place. If I could give 0 stars I would.

    Amel, I run my business with the view of being honest and fair with everyone including my employees and my customers. I disappointed in your review and believe it is unfair and unjustified. It's true that we replaced your brakes along with some other items on your first repair. You did bring it back 2 weeks later due to smelling brakes. We rechecked the brakes and did not find any problems or experience any smell or uneven wear. We did this free of charge 5 months later the brakes were making noise and we got the truck back in at your earliest convenience. We found the front brakes on the drivers side had worn all the way down. We replaced the front brakes and both front rotors free of charge. We found the brake hose on the left front was sometimes not allowing the brakes to release some of the time. There was no outside damage to the hose, we had no reason to replace it when the truck was here on the first or the second visit. We did charge you for the hose that was causing the problem but replaced your brakes free of charge. Ben
