    Took our family truck here for some routine maintenance and a general inspection to make sure everything was in good working order. They did a great job, were very thorough, and helped point out some potential areas that needed attention without pressure. We really appreciate all the guys at this shop, and I always feel comfortable there! Very grateful for their honesty, patience, and kindness.

    Great place. They got my vehicle repaired and found something else that needed to be done while it was there which probably saved me a headache down the road or on the side of the road waiting for a tow truck. All the work was completed right on time. Thanks a lot!

    I had my vehicle towed to this location, initially for a battery replacement. Unfortunately, the tow truck damaged my vehicle (a pin gave out on their truck and my car fell off)--due to the accident, we had my car inspected for any possible additional damage that the tow caused. Initially, it started out that everything was good and just my battery needed to be replaced. Within a 12 hour period it went from $1200 of repairs (wheel bearings, alignment, etc.) to $8000+ by the end of the day (rack and pinion, all shocks, etc.). My car was safe to drive so I took it to a reliable mechanic who inspected the vehicle and what Roadmasters said was necessary. Not only did he say that the work they said was needed simply wasn't (they said my rack and pinion was shot and Leo said it was totally fine)--they would have charged me $8000+ for that work whereas Leo (at Mechanic Project in Lakewood) said it would have been $2500 tops. I ended up only needing one part repaired from Leo.

    Alison, we are very sorry to hear that you feel that you received less than excellent customer service from us. Our goal is to honestly identify only repairs that are needed and work with our customers to prioritize and choose which repairs they would like done and which ones they would like to pass on to stay within their budget. We work hard to do this using a digital inspection system so that we can show the customer pictures and videos of what we're seeing and estimates so that they know up front what different repairs will cost. All this is with the goal of helping the customer feel they can make informed decisions and not just have to take our word for it.     I had an appointment this morning there, and when I showed up I was told my appointment had been moved to sometime in September. They didn't contact me about the rescheduling, and I had received text messages confirming the date and time for this morning.

    I was surprised by the full service range they have. Went for the buy 2 get 2 tire deal but got alignment, wheel sensor tests, wheel rim repair and warranty coverage, all in one visit for the cost of 4 tires! No deal so good anywhere else!

    New Manager Paul knows customer service! He was up front and honest about the price increase, yet said he would do his best to honor an estimate from 3 months ago. Paul and his crew had the car done before the close of business even though I didn't expect to pick it up til the following morning. I'm very pleased with the service. I've found our new mechanic. Thank you Paul.

    Had an oil change on my Ford Explorer on 6/8, was shocked at the price! it used to be reasonable at about $40.00 +-, today it was $84.29, when I mentioned it to the person on the register he said everything has gone up, when I presented a coupon on their flyer for $7.50 off on synthetic oil he said it only applied to basic but the coupon is very clear including Synthetic. plus $50.00 per hour labor for an oil change?????. Considering another provider in the future,

    I came to Road-Masters (previously Finn Mototech), 4 years ago for a 2nd opinion for a new clutch replacement. Road-Masters stated that my fluid was just low and they added the fluid and didn't even charge me. This saved me $1,450.00 because the shop prior wanted to charge me for a complete new clutch and assembly. Today(4 years later) my car is still running perfectly and the clutch still work great.

    I had taken my previous car to Finn Mototech for over 10 years and always had extremely great service. I had hoped that with Roadmasters taking ownership the quality of service had remained the same but after my recent experience there I’m not sure that’s the case. I recently took my car there recently for a simple oil change. After getting my car back I drove to Denver and when I arrived at my destination my car I had smoke coming out from under the hood. I was pretty shocked and when I opened the hood to see the oil fill cap missing and oil all over the engine bay. Luckily the cap was sitting on a ledge in the engine bay and it was a miracle it didn’t get dislodged and go missing during my drive. My suspicion is that the technician forgot to put it back on after the oil was replaced, if it just wasn’t fully tightened and fell off I don’t know how it could have landed perfectly in the spot that I found it. When I called Roadmasters to tell them what happened they apologized and offered to do the oil change again and clean up the mess in my engine bay which they did. My car is finally getting to the point where it doesn’t stink of oil after ever drive. I’m pretty disappointed with this bad experience with such a simple procedure and at this point I’m not sure I’ll return.

    I’ve been with Roadmasters since September of 2019, starting with them under the previous business name of Finn. I’ve always received great service: all the staff I have interacted with have been warm, patiently answering my questions. When they have recommend work, it was appropriate and affordable, per the auto expert in my marriage.
