Brakes Plus

Josh and the guys really pulled through when my husband and my car broke down near Thornton. They graciously fit us in when they were incredibly packed and gave us honest advice. They allowed us to hang out at their shop while we figured all of our car issues and even helped us obtain warranty information and the proper phone numbers to get ahold of the dealership which on a busy Saturday was virtually unreachable. They let us keep our car at their location until it was able to be towed. These are sincere people who genuinely care about your well being. It’s acts like these that restore one’s faith in humanity.

Went in for an alignment but didn’t know a whole lot of other stuff was wrong with my truck. They diagnosed everything and didn’t align it because it would’ve been redundant to do so. Forgot dudes name but he had two cool ear piercings and was real helpful and kind. I don’t even leave reviews but they did a nice gesture by not even charging me for diagnosing everything.

They are friendly here and helpful. Even when I didn't have an appointment they got me in. I would recommend them for your car care needs. They manager Tony is great, and very helpful. He will do what ever he can to help you. Great place.

On our way to Denver for our vacation, we noticed a grinding noise from our breaks. We looked up the nearest shop in Thornton near where we were at the time and found Brakes Plus nearest to us. The team there was super friendly and knowledgeable and let us know that our rear brakes were metal on metal and our front breaks were on their last legs... Patrick worked with us to find that best possible strategy that was easier to afford as well as kept us safe. In the end we were approved for Syncrony and paid what remained in order to get back to our trip. Their kindness and patience was invaluable and we highly recommend this Brakes Plus location for your automotive needs.

I took my car in for brakes and a oil change the customer service was excellent the store manager Tony Smith was great he made sure i had my car back that same day i was surprised because how busy they were but they got it done. It was not my first time dealing with a Brakes plus but by far my best experience ill definitely be going to this store now for all my vehicle services

They were willing to squeeze me in when others weren’t. Some of the most professional and friendly employees you will ever come across. If I lived in Colorado I would take all my vehicles here anytime needing service. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

What awesome guys here at this brakes plus!!!!!! This is the second time I’ve visited this location and they’re so nice. They always bring me in the back and visually show me what’s wrong with the car which I really appreciate! Shout out to Patrick for getting me in to service my a/c today 😁 I’ll make sure I tell my friends and family to visit this location!

These folks were life savers today! My car's exhaust piece had come loose and was dragging on the ground. Luckily I was super close, so I popped on over. It was close to closing time and I was ready to have to leave the car over night. But these guys hopped to!! They took me next door to get the exact part, then slapped that sucker on and sent me on my way in 10 minutes flat! Kind, attentive, and quick!

The team at Brakes Plus provides amazing service! They’re very friendly and provided an honest and comprehensive explanation of the work needed on my car. Pete is especially helpful and always polite and friendly. Love this Brakes Plus!

I had my brakes flushed at ‘Breaks Plus,’ Thornton location. They are courteous and are very attentive to customer needs. Service is prompt, and they don’t leave you hanging. I would recommend ‘Breaks Plus’ over any business that services breaks.
