Whatever you do, don't take your car/truck here. These guys sold me brake rotors that warped twice, and on the third replacement in just a few weeks, they crashed my car, nearly totalling it in the process. They tried to tell me it was "only cosmetic damage" but the pictures show this was not true. They made my life hell when I lost my car, my way of making a living, and had to incur many additional expenses for a lawyer and rental car for the better part of a year until everything was settled. BEWARE

Had a great experience at this location! My car is quite problematic and difficult to work with (of course I had to buy the most complicated car 🙄). Anyway, I’m new to the area and I’ve had a difficult time not only trying to find someone to help me with my transmission but also finding a shop that won’t speak to me so condescendingly. The front desk dude at this shop was really helpful, nice and understanding. He didn't talk down to me but explained the situation with my transmission to me thoroughly and treated me like an actual human being! They also were nice about doing a last minute repair. It was quick, efficient and helpful. I’ll be bringing my car back to get all the maintenance done in the future!

Just had my brakes (rotors and pads) done here. Fair price and honest work done well. Chuck provided excellent customer service, and even moved my appointment up when I was in the area earlier than anticipated. The work was done within a couple of hours. I'll be a return customer!

I recently had an exceptional experience at Meineke while getting exhaust work and rod bearings done on my 2008 BMW M3. Despite the complex nature of the repairs, Meineke managed to complete the work promptly, allowing me to get back on the road sooner than anticipated. I was particularly impressed by the attention to detail exhibited by the technicians. The exhaust work was flawlessly executed, and the replacement of rod bearings was done with precision, ensuring the optimal performance of my BMW. Moreover, the pricing at Meineke was fair and transparent. I never felt like I was being overcharged, and the final bill accurately reflected the scope of work done. Well done and I could not be happier.

The online appointment app let me make an appointment for a 2 hour repair at four o'clock. The shop closes at five. They said they could rush it, but I opted to not "rush it" and had to come back the next day. Also the repair cost much more than the average as posted on other websites. The good thing is that the people at the shop were really nice.

Overall great work, friendly staff, and quick to order the specific oil and filter for my car. They checked out a couple of other small concerns at no additional cost. The only note I have is that it would be great if the staff could change gloves when inside the car to move it. There were very light oil handprints on my driver's door card. Nothing that 30 seconds with a damp towel didn't fix, it was just a minor inconvenience, but would be a nice touch.

Friendly, professional And timely. Excellent results. Specifically, they got me in the next morning and had the work done by midday. They did a great job and very affordable. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Be very careful taking your car to this shop. Had an alternator replaced. They charged me $900 just for the alternator. When I looked I found an AC Delco OEM for 400 and remanufactured for 250. I understand making a profit, but this was ridiculous. Maybe they should have bought me a drink first!

Chuck was extremely helpful and supportive when I brought my RV in after an emergency. He did so much to make sure it would safely make the drive across the country. Thanks CHUCK!

Good group of guys. Went in thinking I needed brake pads and they showed me the pads were good. Recommended a brake line flush and pad adjustment. My old jeep was stopping better than before. I'll come back in the future.
