Great experience! I brought my subaru in with busted air conditioning the day before a long weekend. They got me in, ordered parts and fixed up within a few hours. Great customer service and an awesome team.

I went there today for oil change. I told the cashier with my meds.iam in a pain.i walk home and came back I waited 15 minutes looking where he is.when he came back instead of apologized he became rude accusing me that iam rude .all what I said please I need to cash out so I could leave cause iam in pain he said I will hold your car for another hour.never been treated like that from this gentleman [african american cashier] I won't advise to go through same bad experience as a customer. My experience as a walk in was remarkable, it was having issues with my brake's coming down from the mountains and need someone to see what was happening and this crew amazed me. For As busy as they were Idid not think i would have a chance getting my truck looked let a lone repaired. The manager was the most professional and experience I've done business with in a long time. He explained what the problm was and why this was happening And the diagnosis by the mechanic Was the on spot as well as his professionalism and quality installing the brakes and rotors . I was in and out with in 40 minutes Diagnosis, over view of job scope , Installation, Great coustomer service at this facility. Thanks guys

10 minute oil changes are over rated. I much prefer the 120 minute ones. I schedule last week. Was told to come in at 9:45 "so they wouldn't have to keep me waiting". Everyone was nice enough, just a disaster otherwise.

Above and beyond customer service provided by Reggie! Reggie was extremely empathetic to my current situation and recommended only services that I needed then to get back on the road and recommendations on services that I would need in the future . Speaking from someone who does not have a lot of money to spend and not very good vehicles, I am constantly needing to visit a repair shop every 3 months and this is By far the best experience I've had in over 10 years.

I got a flat tire on a saturday and brought it in to get patched about 30 minutes before they closed. They got me in right away and took care of me. Also Brett at the front counter was super nice, thanks for great service guys!

I pulled a carfax on a car I wanted to buy, noticed it said this Midas did a pre-purchase inspection 3 months ago. I called and spoke to Joe who after VIN verification was able to tell me the outcome of that inspection, which was DO NOT BUY. His 5 min of time saved me $150 running my own inspection to find the same outcome. FANTASTIC PORTRAYAL OF HOW GOOD PEOPLE MAKE GOOD BUSINESSESS!! THANK YOU JOE!!

I took my Forester in for a diagnosis on a few issues. The tech Reggie did a good job of identifying the priority/urgency of repairs. Got my car in on a Thursday and returned the next day. Overall positive experience - the office associates are friendly, and the techs seem trustworthy. We all appreciate that - Thanks! (You may pay a slight increase in parts/labor compared to another shop, but Midas did very quick and effective service.)馃憤

They were great! I dropped my car off in the morning for new brakes and snow tires. They found snow tires at a reasonable price and got those ordered and installed in a few hours. I felt like they treated me fairly and I will definitely use them again.
