I had to get a basic oil change in my car. What people would think is a in and out trip, turned out to be one of the best business-customer experiences. Jeff at the front desk was constantly busy with walk in customers and also managing the phones. Definitely deserves a huge shoutout for his excellent interpersonal communication and skills. He would call me and update me constantly on the status of my car and he never really forced any unwanted products on to me like most places would. 5 star rating just for Jeff at the front desk! Another 5 star for an easy in and out and well communicated experience. Highly recommended this Midas location!

Midas was recommended to help me with my aftermarket suspension that I bought for my C300 Mercedes. They installed the rear coilovers to spec. Unfortunately the coil springs were too much spring for this car. They worked with me and removed the aftermarket springs and installed my factory springs back in place and my rear suspension is perfect with factory springs and aftermarket shocks. I don't think they normally support customer provided part installation but they took care of my installation and addressed the fact the aftermarket parts were not the right fit for my car and took the time to get my car in the safe configuration. I have my shocks adjusted with the factory springs and the ride is exactly what I was looking to achieve. I would recommend this shop for your auto needs. Again I appreciate what they did to take care of my car.

Great service, seriously the friendliest staff. I was in the neighborhood so I stopped in to see if they had any openings, they didn’t that day but they got me in first thing the next morning. This location is about thirty minutes from where I live but I will gladly drive the distance next time I need an oil change or other repairs.

It was our first experience to use Maidas and was great service with the great price. The inspection report was clear with pictures and helped us to purchase an used car. The gentleman has been very nice since calling over the phone. We will use Midas again.

This location offers oil changes including safety check and tire rotation at a fair price. They listen to the customer and treat you with respect. This time they even washed my engine for me without me ever having mentioned it (though I knew it was desperately needed). They can run late on appointments so probably good to call ahead to check.

Came in for an alignment and they were able to review all necessary items that were open. Additionally, the corrected an issue with my oil and oil filter that Jiffy Lube messed up. I will definitely be back for some of the additional work that needs to be done. Thanks Ryan!

I showed up today without an appointment to correct an issue with my M3's exhaust clamps coming loose and making a rattling noise. My car is lowered making getting it onto a lift a huge pain. I called/visited multiple shops today and none were willing to try. However, not only were Jay and his team able to get it onto the lift, they also managed to fix everything in a super short amount of time while making sure everything was solid for the long-term. It was truly an excellent experience and I'll definitely be back for any issues that arise. Thank you so much for the genuinely professional and quality work!
