Hello Everyone. Few weeks ago I came to this branch to do a simple thing, is to change billing address and update name on the debit card. First, I been told at 9 am that there are no bankers available right now. They currently at the meeting and I need to come back. I was surprised that there are no banker available at 9 am. That same day I came back again. The whole thing took around 30+ which is not efficient at all. The point of the story, I been waiting for new debit card for almost 2 weeks and nothing has been changed “name”. This branch wasted my time indeed. Well deserved.

I'm new to Chase bank but so far my experience has been exceptional. In particular at this branch Ruby and Branch Manager have excellent customer service

Ruby was amazing! My son and I came in to open up bank accounts and she gave us top notch service. She is very competent, efficient, professional and thorough. We felt very comfortable and well taken care of . Thanks Ruby!!! :)

I needed a notary for a 100 page contract with a lot of pages to notarize throughout and Liz was super helpful. She let me make an appointment, was ready for me when I came in, and did not rush me to complete the documents. Chase was the closests to my office and I only have a small account with them (less than $10K) so I felt the service was excellent.

Worst drive-through experience ever! Asked for my check to be put into my savings account took eight minutes to get it back with it put into my regular account. Asked for it to be put into savings again takes another four minutes in which time I get someone on the phone who returns my card to me they haven't even done it yet! 15 (making me late !) minutes and they didn't even put it where I wanted it to go I could've put it in the ATM six times!!! No sorry no apology great customer service not!!!

I bank at Chase because they are one of the only banks that still values and provides excellent customer service. However, my experience at 11277 E Arapahoe Place was terrible. We were in a bind and needed a document notarized, but didn't have it printed out. Just days before, at a different Chase, we needed the same document and the lady offered to print it out for us when I made a mistake filling out the form, but at this location they were willing to do no such thing. Not only were they unwilling to help, but they were rather rude at that. We left and paid $5 to print our form at the FedEx across the street. When we returned to Chase to have it notarized we waited 10 min without being acknowledged before leaving and driving to Chase at 8501 E Arapahoe Rd, where we received the excellent customer service we've come to expect from Chase. Out of sheer curiosity, I even asked if they had any forms and Scott, the gentleman helping us, said, "no, but I'm sure there is one online we could find and print off for you." If my only experience with Chase had been that of the 11277 E Arapahoe Place location I would not bank with them. Please take the extra minute to drive down the road to a different Chase location for great customer service.

I hope this post will not be removed as it is scathing and shows the ethics of the tellers employed at this branch. A CHASE TELLER STOLE 1,000 DOLLARS FROM ME DUE TO A SIMPLE CLERICAL ERROR ON MY PART. I brought in 2600 in cash from a paycheck I received. I accidentally wrote 1600 on the deposit slip. I did not catch this error until the next day when when I went to check my banking online. After two weeks of reviewing this chase told me that they did not see the clerk pocket the money. If I was not preoccupied at the time I would have caught the error. I created an opportunity for the clerk to steal from me an he took it. Further more I will make a plea to emotions. I am decorated combat veteran who was medically retired. I am the proud father of a 1 year old baby. The icing on the cake is that it is Christmas!!! this clerk has no conscience and further more I feel chase has skirted liability by capitalizing on the fact I filled out a simple deposit slip wrong AND WILL NOT SHOW ME THE CAMERA FOOTAGE . DO NOT USE THIS BANK!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Marcel provides amazing customer service every time I see him. You can tell that this branch is well managed. They acknowledge the customer and make them feel welcome from the beginning. It doesn't matter if it's crazy busy or not, I always get top notch service and have let them know I appreciate it.

We don't bank at Chase but we needed to deposit a check into someone's account recently. Looking for nearby locations, I noticed that a number of them seem to have poor reviews. However, when my wife went to this branch, she found them to be extremely helpful and even kind. The way she described it to me, the teller filled out the deposit slip for her, looked up our friend's address before my wife could find it on her phone, and had wished my wife a good day before she could put her phone up. Fast and helpful. My wife was smiling as she left.

I have been going to this bank for two years getting change. One person doesn't like to do it, so I am no longer allowed to do so even though I have an account. My checking account has had hidden fees since I've been a member, and this is the last straw. I am closing my account and will no longer do business with your company. Learn the value of customer service.
