It would be impossible to dislike Keybank and their unhelpful staff anymore than I do now. I opened up a checking and savings account under a promotion that I would receive a bonus deposit of $300 if I was able to deposit $1000 into my checking account. Once I did this, I kept wondering when that money would hit. I was told 2 months, 3 months, then I was told "it might just take a while longer" all by different employees. Well it's been almost 9 months now and I have since moved my money elsewhere. That $300 never came and I just got notice they closed my account. Do yourself a huge favor and find a credit union to keep your money in. What a huge waste of my time and effort but thankfully I never fully committed to Keybank to keep my money.

Went in to cash a 8k check on Saturday. I had multiple forms of ID the guy behind the desk even called the person that wrote the check to me and cleared that it was good but still wouldn't cash it and to come back Monday.....I work too 9-5 is hard enough, but they have like five locations not many at all. I would never bank with KeyBank

Not sure why previous reviewers had issues but my business here is superb. Bankers recognize me and smile big when they see me and always make me laugh while there. Great service, never had to wait, never mistreated. I've been a key customer for over 7 years. Go see Terri, you'll get fabulous service all the time!

If you want terrible/rude service, Key bank on Belleview is the spot for you!! This bank has a bank teller by the name of Kelsey that excels in staring competitions, when I’m politely waiting for a banker to assist me with my account. With that being said, the only thing I like about this bank is the amount of help Andrew the banker has given me! Which is why the only star has been given!
