The star rating is more for Wells Fargo as a corporation, not this particular location. Four stars for this location -- friendly and efficient customer service. Likely, many are newer employees and don't know what this branch was like at its peak. Every office was full, there was an air of excitement, hustle and bustle, coffee and suckers for customers, lots of smiles. Now it's like a ghost town - no one in the offices, vast and empty, parking lot and drive through lanes have pot holes and need repairs. Pretty sad. I used to do all of my banking with Wells Fargo. After their corporate debacles and illegal activities, I moved my savings and investments to other places, keeping only a small checking account & credit card because it offers free cell phone insurance. Nowadays, customers are charged for everything that used to be complementary - need temporary checks? $3. Order 100 checks online? $46 for shipping. Notary? Make an appointment. Bring in coins? Make an appointment. Interest rate? One of the lowest around. Their bigwig execs screwed up royally (***BILLIONS*** of dollars) and the customers are now paying for it. If you've stuck by them, leave ... you'll find MANY better options!!

I don't understand all the low reviews. I moved here five years ago. Dakota was the first person I met in this branch. She could not have been more helpful. Since the I have been inside and through the drive thru. Always a pleasant experience.

Worst branch I've been to. No one can ever answer questions about anything, and they never even offer to get someone who does know!

I dont believe I've ever had a positive experience at this branch beyond their ATM. They've stopped doing coin exchange, hardly ever have there drive through tellers available. You can't get them to answer the phone, and since they don't have an answering machine you can't even get a human to talk to. My last few jobs have always had me starting before they open and not off till right when they close. I would have to take leave just to get there since they don't have weekend hours of operation. I highly recommend another branch if you use Wells Fargo.

Horrible! No one ever is working, and the line is always really long. 4-5 people in line will take 50-60 minutes.

Everyone is always nice at this location as to why I’m giving a three star; however, it takes forever for me to do anything at this WF branch.

Wells Fargo does not value their customers, particularly their commercial customers who deposit hundreds of thousands of dollars into their banks. They try to use their ingenious friendly greeters and tellers to make you think you're important...it's the fakest atmosphere I've ever experienced. I advise you to bank with a small, locally owned bank.
Terrible experience here! Not only are they in violation of federal ADA laws for parking lot accessibility, they make you jump through hoops for apparently no reason. Any bank would be better than Wells Fargo, just don't do it. Corporate greed: (
Terrible customer service. They would rather have 2 people guarding the front door than helping their customers. Highly recommend using first national bank or honestly any other bank.

I am shocked to hear that amidst of a pandemic Wells Fargo can not put one teller on the widow for the drive through. Instead they insist that we come inside and stand in line with 10 other peole for hours
