Super busy every Saturday with long lines and long waits! Always a 30- 45 minute wait, yet Wells Fargo still won't open the location on 16th street on Saturdays. I wish my company would find a different bank that I wouldn't have to spend 45 minutes just to make one deposit! 🙃 Photo below is after already waiting 20 minutes.

Been a customer since 2009, let me tell you it’s been a downhill mudslide since. Most recently have been these last few months. I decided to attempt to purchase a home, figured I already bank with wf why not give it a try. My credit score is amazing, I came up with the 3% down that was requested by the financial advisor I spoke to. Never missed or have never had a late payment for that matter. The people I was going to buy the house from agreed to pay closing costs, I had already gotten a property survey and home inspection. I thought I had everything in order, well was I wrong this “mortgage consultant” then tells me I need 11-16k in my account to be able to cover closing and down payment. Proceeds to tell me that there are not any first time home buyer options in my state for assistance which was a lie btw I found many. Then proceeded to ask if I could just simply borrow the money from somebody, idk anyone who keeps that much money to just throw at situations like this in their accounts. Needless to say, I changed my mind about doing mortgage business with wf. I definitely do not feel like they’re entirely behind the statements made on their mortgage website. Honestly what a joke, if I could seriously put zero stars I would. I feel like I’ve been mislead as they have “amazing” reviews on the web page, I can say from first hand experience that it was not pleasant at all.

I met the most wonderful set of ladies at this Wells Fargo bank today. The customer service was Outstanding! Might have to move all my banking to this Wells Fargo. For my safety, the teller even gave me her lunch sack. I'm so happy with my treatment there congrats ladies.

I’m not even a member here, and I am so glad I’m not. I came here to inquire about a service that my credit union can’t provide but was hoping Wells Fargo could (didn’t get my hopes up too much.) There was only one teller - who was extremely chatty - and a crazy long line. After waiting for too long, I very nearly left but finally got up to the teller only for her to tell me that I basically can’t do anything since I’m not a member. At that point, I didn’t even care. So glad I’m not a member there! I will be looking elsewhere.

Went to try and close an account after a death - nobody available to close an account when going in. Have to make an appointment for more than two days out, just to close a single account! Absolutely pathetic. Wells Fargo as we all already know got into major trouble for stealing peoples' money -- perhaps they are in major financial trouble again?

The bank is only interested in obstructing anyone attempting to change or close accounts. Apparently a notarized financial power of attorney isn't good enough. They don't care about their customers. Also, their competence with scheduling is abysmal. I've never had a good experience with Wells Fargo, and my wife's experience here reinforces this. I would encourage everyone to choose a different bank.

This is the worst place I've ever been, everyday this week I have spent 2 hours waiting, if I had another option I would use it. I have tried going in, I have different times of day. I realize COVID-19 is big inconvenience for everybody. I have called other managers who use different banks and they dont have wait for hours. I am not looking forward to this being an everyday occurrence. It turns my 10 hour day into a 12 hour day. And when I have gone inside nobody is moving with any sense of urgency. If I ran my store like them, I'd be fired after the first week.

DO NOT USE THIS BANK OR ATMS******* Made a deposit on 12/8/20 and was shorted money To be specific $600!!!! Tried going into store to speak with branch manager but were no help. Called the claims divisions and they set up a claim and gave me a temp credit until investigation was done. Got a a letter in the mail today stating they would be taking the credit away called the atm claims department and stated they did not find any errors. I will be pulling and closing all accounts and so will the rest of our family. Do not go to this locations ATM or bank with Wells Fargo in general!!

ever since covid happened all wells fargos have really dropped the ball. ive called 6 times 8n 2 weeks no call back. not only this but I've been waiting in a line for over 45 minutes in my car since they won't open their inside of the bank .im very dissapointed in the. customer service. after I get through this line ill be moving banks. wells fargo im extremely disappointed.
