Wow, I told them I wanted my account closed because they stole a $100 out of my account. I asked to speak with the highest manager and she said. I can't close your account! I said I wanted my account to be closed today I do not want to bank with them anymore! She tried locking me in the building. I said you open those doors right now. And you let me out, so she did. And let me out.....I can not believe she tried locking me in. I was scared I was like what are they doing and why is she locking me in the building. That is illegal I can't believe it! Wow guys be careful...I will be in touch with corporate! Do not get locked in Wells Fargo that was like hell.

Impossible to get anyone to answer the phone there. Seriously if they're to busy to answer a phone call by customers then it's time for wells Fargo to stop closing other branches. You're putting to much on a single branch. You all aren't a small banking company. I have to make an appointment that's weeks out to see if they're short money. That's absolutely crazy. I don't know who is worse in banking anymore. Wells Fargo or US Bank. Wells Fargo has zero customer services and not enough locations to satisfy their customers and then US Bank hides money for weeks. It's a tie. I'm sorry if the banker is being held responsible for any money shortages not much I can do without being able to speak with anyone at this Branch

I have been banking with Wells Fargo for years never had an issue till today. I had to get a new debit card I called early in the month to see what I needed to do to replace it since it was my first time. So here we are in May and still haven't received it called today and I get told that it was never set up for it to be sent out when I spoke with someone a few weeks before said it was all good. So now I have to wait another 5-7days to receive. Not acceptable I'm very disappointed with the service I have to be without because they don't know what happen great customer service 😔

Kicks you while you're down. Didn't owe a cent to them and they closed my credit card accounts because of my credit score. Now imagine my credit score after they closed my card with $10,000 dollars backup credit that I COMPLETELY paid off. Believe the rumors. Wells Fargo is scum. Avoid.

The bank teller there named April that assisted me last thursday was so helpful. She was so proactive and provided alternatives with my concern. She went above and beyond. I hope she get acknowledged and informed how she was of big help for us.

I walked in the door and immediately saw and heard the bank teller coughing her head off and apologizing after every episode. If you are sick stay home! I literally walked out. Management shouldn't allow a teller to be sick and make transactions with hundreds of people. How selfish

They would rather sit in this business and gossip than take care of their customers! I’ve been sitting here 30 minutes listening to them gossip and Frances finally came to ask me did I need something! It’s a shame!

Today, February 10, 2023, I had an appointment at 11:30 am. I arrived early for my appointment at 11:15 and was attended by a banker named Leti, a woman of color. I asked her to open a specific account for me and I think she had no idea that account existed, once I convinced her and showed her that it did exist, she told me that my appointment time was up and to make another appointment because I had to attend his next appointment at 12 pm, which annoyed me since he only had 15 minutes there attending to me. I told him that I wanted to talk to his manager, the manager arrived 5 minutes later and told me that my appointment had ended and that because I didn't know what I wanted, my appointment time ran out, I replied that I did know and that I just I wanted to open an account and I explained to him what had happened with the banker's position, but I don't trust my words, he told me that because I spoke Spanish and my English was not understandable enough, I was going to look for another branch 😡. It should be noted that there was an interpreter on call who was hung up on the phone at the time the clock struck 12 pm.

Wells Fargo has now permanently closed two out of the four locations in the City of Pueblo and now, apparently, only has one location left open on Saturday. Came in this morning to make a deposit. Line of people literally out the door (At least 25 people in line inside the lobby) and the parking lot is so backed up that you are just a road hazard hanging out of the parking lot trying to wait. Sad to see this is the regard for their customers and their time. Ever since Covid, nothing but tired excuses and service that leaves much to be desired. Wells Fargo can do better. Didn't even realize the Prairie branch was closed today until I wasted my time driving over there because Hart Rd. was unbearable. Extremely disappointed with Wells Fargo and their failure to see how limited everything already is here in this town as it pertains to banking institutions. Really putting your Pueblo customers at an extreme disadvantage with this practice. You don't value our time either because people don't always have hours to wait. Doesn't make much sense that we are in a supposed "economic boom" but are closing locations. Shame on you Wells Fargo for treating your customers like this. Your downtown office was fast and efficient and was my favorite location, but you closed it last year!!!!! Thanks for nothing! You have consolidated staff, I get that. But you mean to tell me you don't have enough staff left down here working for you to run the two locations in town that remain on Saturday from 9 until Noon? Give me a break. It's because Wells Fargo has no regard for the citizenry of Pueblo, CO for if they did, they would at least have both open for the lousy three hours a piece on Saturday. Sadly, not many banks left down here overall, so what am I to do? There isn't even a Chase down here. Wells Fargo knows this, which is why they could care less about my complaints, nor those of anyone else who lives in this City or the County.

Only bank I've ever seen in my life that wouldn't allow us to wire money to a closing company when we're closing on a house. They're only solution was for me to travel 2 and a half hours each way to the nearest branch to get a cashier's check, which is exactly what we did. But while we were there, we closed out all 3 of our accounts there and we'll reopen new accounts at a bank that remembers who's money it is in their accounts. Wells Fargo seems to feel like they can control access to your own money. They've gotten their last dime from us, and I highly recommend against anybody using Wells Fargo for anything.
