I opened my account with Mina in July 2017. Mistakes were made, fees were charged and returned. The unfortunate part was the stress of the matter: first, my account was set up incorrectly, so I was wrongly charged fees; second, while the original fees were returned - the customer service ended there, another fee was charged, in my opinion, due to lack of diligent customer service, and fees were "unable to be refunded." Thank goodness for the 1-800# and Jason. Will be researching alternative branches in the area.

1 star Never has pens or envelopes. What kind of penny pinching bank is this!!! also charges more than cash checking places for a money order even though I do have an account here

always slow, rude, and seem to not know what the hell is going on. I don’t work at the bank, you do so learn how to do your job before making me sit snd wait for 30 minutes to drop off 100 dollars. Honestly just feels like i’m at chucks cheese

I like the people at this location they are always really nice. But Keybank in general stinks. This is the only bank to put a hold on a employer check. My money is never available the day of the deposit. I have also tried to get loans through keybank and they never help you out. I will be moving my account to Chase bank where I can get access to my Money the day of my deposit.

I referred to this branch for a name change, and they never helped me. after i submitted all the documents, i followed up every couple of weeks for 3 times because the staff of helpless, i give up. they never followed up with and never took care of my business.

Waited at drive thru 15 minutes before giving up and leaving and there was no fiot traffic in or out of the building. Guess you're too busy for customers.
