SouthStar Bank, Georgetown

I enjoy visiting South Star Bank Georgetown. It is extremely well decorated inside. Both Mike and Amanda greeted me with big smiles! They were very helpful - I honestly didn't need to bring my wallet at all. Before I knew it they had my account up on the computer with no prompting from me at all. They knew my name my account number and never skipped a beat on our conversation. What a experience!

They by they I mean That Stephanie, Amanda, And Michael, who I have had the pleasure and privilege to help me, I wish to thank them personally. They go above and beyond to help someone like my frazzled brain can’t. Thank you all for being so gracious, so kind, and most of all very thoughtful.

We enjoy doing business with Southstar Bank Georgetown. They have very knowledgeable and competent staff who are always friendly and eager to assist us in person and on the phone. We love that we can get the best of what the big banks offer but with a small town local bank relationship.

While participating in a benefit golf tournament Several years ago in Burnet, I had the pleasure of meeting two young gentlemen that worked at a SouthStar Branch. They made a wonderful impression on me. When I started looking for a different bank, I knew I would go to SouthStar Bank first to see if my positive feelings continued. Even before opening our accounts, I was so pleasantly surprised and met with such friendly and helpful folks. That continues to this day. I am so Happy with "everyone" I have encountered there. They surely make me feel like a valued customer. Excellent Customer Service skills abound at this location.

The staff is very friendly and they treat you like family. This is the best bank I have ever had, never any problems.
