Had an appointment, made weeks in advance, showed up on time, and was told by the branch manager that the person was out of office today, so I would just have to wait until the next account manager was available. They didn’t think to tell me or make sure another person would be available to help. Not only that, several other customers walked in after us without an appointment and were helped first.
Lucas helped me make some checks when I came in and was super helpful and kind. If you're coming here, be kind to these people because they're really kind and don't deserve to be treated poorly.
Half the time their ATM gives up. There is no option to check before you get there, and little recourse if the ATM eats your cash after customer service has ended. Imagine your frustration at depositing $250, only to be told to call a number to find out if it processed correctly. When you call the number, you're told to call again during service hours - for one of the largest banks in the world, that's abysmal. Sometimes late-night deposits are necessary and having that money go missing could put someone in a bad spot.
If I can give them less than zero I would they're thieves their Crooks they're the lowest forms of foul existence
Chase at this location is lovely. I appreciate their products and service and appreciation for veterans. I owe a huge thank you for the kind teller line working. I had made an appointment and went in. They were able to assist me at the line and we were all set to go and she kindly shared with me that my ID had expired. I panicked and was terrified because I am closing on a house. She did her best but sadly could not make it happened.. i appreciate her willingness to make it work. She did her job well, communicated clearly and provided me with empathy. Thank you for being a great person in my time of need.
The level of customer service is incredible! This is the warmest and friendliest bank I have ever been too. The team greets you upon entry and makes sure you are immediately helped. Specifically, I would like to say working with Megan was a lovely experience!
Terrible Service from the Branch Manager. No wonder 90% of these are really bad. The arrogant manager wouldn't even Cash a check drawn OFF A CHASE ACCOUNT from my employer (Payroll check) even though our business has multiple accounts. He basically discriminated against me and said "He doesn't feel comfortable cashing my payroll check!" Even after I provided my DL and SS Card. Shady! Bank Elsewhere!
I tried to take my son in to open an account, the teller immediately asks if I have an appointment. Maybe I’ve just been lucky but I’ve been in this branch in person many times over the years and never needed an appointment. A fellow in a suit and tie walked up and asked if I could come back in two hours or maybe on Monday. The teller girl seemed a bit rude to me, in my opinion, but the fellow was nice enough. I tried to call this morning to make an appointment, the phone just rings and rings until a message says everyone in the bank is busy and try again later... what else can I give but a 1-star?
Very upset. This is basically my business account. Don’t have my debt card. So I try my ID. Had a whole punch. Been using for over a year. Never had problems with it before. Opened account with exact ID believe it or not look at the records. It’s common sense it me. Just like we’re dealing with equality the whole punch ID should be fine as well. On top of that loss a potential business worth $3000 it took 4 hr today working on gone! All gone! Shame on chase. Also I can’t give you last deposit exact amount because deposit are random. I’m closing this account tomorrow and renew a new account for 300 bonus
I walked in to notarize one document. They couldn’t do it then. Although bankers were available. Only takes 2 minutes. Then they went to schedule me for an appointment and their “system” couldn’t pull up the availability or something they said. So I was promoted to try another nearby branch.
