😡🤦🏻‍♀️💵😬 As a kid, we were told to dress for the job we wanted, however, today I got thrown a curve (and yes, I want his job!😡🫣)today, I met Mr. ATM! 💵 I went to this Chase branch to deposit some cash. However, since my debit card had been compromised last week, I am waiting for the replacement, & couldn’t use the ATM. I tried to use my Chase Sapphire card, same PIN number, but you can only withdrawal or make a pmt to your account. 🚙🤦🏻‍♀️😡OK I back up the car, flip around to the front of the bank, and dig through my purse for a deposit slip. Inside was a nice man, asking if he could help. I said sure, just need to deposit some cash 💵. Oh, I’m sorry this Chase is just an ATM branch. 🫣I said excuse me?? as he is standing there in his little outfit, with his computer/cell phone, and the branch is fully functioning with air-conditioning, lights, couches and looks like any other branch. I explain my debit card was compromised, & I just needed to deposit cash, showing him both deposit slip and cash. He says to me: 😡Well when it comes in the mail, you come right back here, and you can use it in the machine over in the corner 😡 So, this building, that takes up a third of a parking lot, with four other visible employees, including this guy at the door, are all just PR for an ATM!! I walked out of there stunned. I want his job, benefits and stress free existence. Unreal

This chase building is not a bank. I walked in and the lady got up from her desk, which was designed to look like a restaurant booth, and asked how she could help me. I wanted to cash a check and she informed me that this bank did not carry money and gestured to the ATM at the center of the room. If this is the future of banking, I'm not into it. A bank with no money........that is not a bank.

What happen to customer service? Just a quick thumbs way down to banks that you can no longer talk to a real person in America (also tried to call, but the person in India whom I reached said “the deposit you made online was made in your joint account holders name (my husband) so we need to speak w him in order to give you any information on that deposit) Uuuuuggggghhhh! I need some real customer service here!!

ATMs never work. No workers there to take deposits. Useless location

I am starting to hate chase. This branch especially is garbage. Why do you even have a branch with no tells in it first? Second why do you only have 2 atms in the drive through if there’s no more tellers remove the other two lanes and add more? Also you need more atms inside if this is a “self service location” it takes forever some days also WHY ARE THE OUTSIDE ATMS ALWAYS BROKEN IN SOME WAY?! Step it up you used to be an amazing bank but it’s really heading downhill.

So first off, the lady who greeted me was so nice nothing is her fault and she was sweet and did what her job was to do-doesn’t mean I’m happy. I went in after getting off the phone from 30 minutes with a representative at Chase who hung up on me trying to explain to me the issue I needed. And I was stressed out so I thought let me go get some help from the banker and it should be cleared away in minutes no problem. Go in. And there are appointments lined up for hours so I can’t get squeezed in for something so quick and easy. Which is fine but what is the point of a bank if you can’t walk in and get help when you need it? I’m stressed out. I’m not happy with the phone call I made, and on top of everything it just makes me want to find a better bank that cares and is ready to help out when the time comes. I don’t expect everyone to drop everything and help me but I would like to find a bank that will fit in a polite but stressed out walk in and doesn’t tell them to have an appointment or make one in a few hours to get help... This bank should probably figure out a better system. I’m unhappy with Chase and will most likely close my account because the lack of help I needed provided to me. I’ve had more issues with Chase than any other place I’ve ever banked and it’s not worth having an account here. Go somewhere else!

Customer Server Not #1. Went into the bank today in an attempt to open a very sizeable new account and was told that they were too busy to open an account and to come back another day. There was nobody else in the lobby waiting to open an account. Later we learned that Chase implemented a policy that they will not open any new accounts without an appointment unless they happen to have an already open slot for an appointment. No walk-ins otherwise. The bank manager wasn't helping customers at that time either, they just do not consider new accounts to be a priority. They never even asked what type of account nor how much, we were just simply turned away.

They refused to cash a chase issued check written out of an attorneys trust account because I wasn't a customer. Their solution; open an account. Lmao with customer service this poor... No thank you. I dont know why anyone does. Take your money to a credit union, folks... Edit: update... Had my attorney call the branch manager. He was still reluctant to do it but finally came through after about 30 min on the phone. Still made me pay the $8 cashing fee which i figured would have been waived out of courtesy of being inconvenienced for a total of 3 hours. At the end... The manager still saleman'd me into opening an account and all i could do was laugh behind my mask. Updated to 2 stars because i finally got what i wanted. Keeping it low because this banks SOP is garbage. Take your money elsewhere, folks.

Absolutely the worst customer service. Let me ask every current Chase patron this: has anyone, EVER, received a notification either by email or post stating that Chase Bank no longer assists walk-in customers & that you can only be seen by a banker via appointment? has anyone, EVER, walked into any Chase Bank & seen signage that states: appointment required to see a banker? I ask this -because maybe I just missed the memo???? I have been banking with Chase for years. I do have accounts with Wells Fargo & Ally as well as a Credit Union because I do not trust any one particular bank, but I do believe Chase has the most advanced, best app & technology out of all the others. However, has the increase of great technology actually decreased the great customer service I used to receive with Chase? Today, I went with my daughter to open an account for her, touting the great ability to easily transfer money with near perfect technology, etc. Now it is just around 1pm. You could practically hear crickets because aside from the patron being assisted inside of one of the SIX cubicles, the small group of gossiping employees, the music playing relatively quietly over the speakers, IT WAS EMPTY. The manager walks to the counter from her social group & says she can help us & I hand her my withdrawal slip & tell her my daughter would like to open an account with you when you're done helping me. She then proceeds to tell me well, the banker is with someone now & he has an appointment at 2:30, 3, etc.. but you can set an appointment & come back another time or (looks at the computer as if she's actually reading something -which since she had my account pulled up, I highly doubt his schedule was on my bank account screen) he has maybe an opening between 4-6 of you want to come back then. Again, I say, it is around 1pm. Ok, well I clearly took time out this early afternoon to take care of this, so can't we sign in on a sheet & be helped by someone else ..possibly her? No, we only help people by appointment now, she says. I said well I've never had this issue before over the years when I needed assistance. She proceeds to tell me that IT IS THIS WAY AT ALL BRANCHES NOW. You MUST make an appointment if you want to see a banker. I asked her if there was a notification sent out alerting customers that they can no longer walk in & sign in to see a banker-she said no-it's just the way it is. I asked her if there is a sign that states this anywhere in the lobby? No-it's just the way it is at all branches now. I told her I found it to be poor customer service & asked for her name to complain & she said her name & told me to "go ahead, I don't care". Thank you Janelle. A few months back I inquired on the private client service thinking I may just move funds from Wells Fargo & try a more "personal touch" & better benefits from Chase & toyed with setting up an actual appointment. Not only will I NOT move a substantial amount over, but my daughter will not ever open an account there. I will be closing my account & my safety deposit box with Chase. For all of you out there who might consider this Branch, DON'T..they are consistently proving that they do not care about the little patrons that pay their wages, they don't have time to help you, especially when they're in the middle of talking about That Bieber kid & his new engagement & they don't care if you try to "complain" because there is no one to actually report your issues to. I hope in some way, this review, along with the others that I have read that basically say the same thing, spares other individuals wasted time, hurt feelings, & overall poor customer service. Go somewhere else ..maybe we revolt against banks .. could you IMAGINE for just one minute, if large amounts of people decided not to use Chase or any bank at all? WASN'T it the American people's tax dollars that bailed banks out?? Maybe it's time that Chase employees genuinely have nothing to do.......

Interior is nice and clean, staff is nice from my experience, but do not come here for cash deposits unless you have perfect bills. Just a few weeks ago they had actual people work the deposits, but now it's a machine which spits out any bill that doesnt work. If you do a lot of bills at once, it will often reject all of them. If chase continues to operate in this way I WILL be switching to another bank. Mo accommodation for those with tipped salaries. Edit: changing my review to one star. The whole reason I even go to chase 99% of the time is to make cash deposits, but it's not even really an option here. If you have one dollar bills, expect to be keeping them after coming here...
