Bank of the West

Extremely slow service at this branch. Staff doesn't seem to care or even have the slightest bit of urgency when helping customers. Bank elsewhere or they will waste your time.

Justin J. was fantastic after being in an extreme pinch. He came through with a solution and totally took care of my financial dilemma in dealing with an out-of-state bank. Justin, you made my day!

They never answer the phone. The online banking is confusing. I cant find my account number or routing number anywhere. Customer service is horriblw. Dont try this bank.

Says you are open...not a single branch is open for anyone who has a job. Closing at 4 or just plain not open. Totally unacceptable and I will be finding a new bank.

Great establishment, the interior is clean and well kept, the employees are all very polite, courteous, and knowledgeable- from the tellers behind the front desks to the managers.

Showed up to deposit on a Saturday. Supposed to be open till noon, nah it's 11:12am they are gone.

Bank of the west has the poorest customer service as a bank in general, but this branch was particularly unhelpful.
