    Commercial lane always takes between 30-60 mins even when you are the first or second in line. Managers and business owners shouldn’t have to sit in line for 45 minutes for a deposit or two. Also, being told that if I don’t want to wait, that I should just go to the location in Clifton is pretty ridiculous

    I have been with them for many years. I always been treated well either on the phone with them or today I had a appointment with Cipriano Valentin, Personal Banker, at the North Avenue location, to go in and he was so very patient, kind, caring and I never felt rushed. He explained things to me. A very pleasant experience. Thank you!

    It's a very scary place. I have an appointment for 3pm. My girlfriend and I came here in 2.55 minutes. It's not until 4 o'clock. Nobody noticed us. There are many staff. But I have no idea what they're up to. They don't even like the job. Every time they treat their guests with a proud expression. Last time I was in this place. They got me wrong deposit three times. Even the clerk is not familiar with this business. The staff are not trained at all. Really bad experience. If you don't want to ruin your day. I suggest you stay away from this place. Very angry, very angry, very angry! ! !

    Beautiful building and the tellers are very very kind, however when it comes to doing your taxes once you have done business evolving bonds with them it is extremely difficult. They do not provide you with a 1099-INT or their TIN. Calling them to get this info is very hard as you can't get ahold of a person right away. Had to push random buttons with the automated system for a good while and once I got ahold of someone they still didn't know the TIN and I was left waiting for another call back. The other bank I dealt with (Alpine) mailed out the 1099 form and it had their TIN on it.

    Expect to wait at least 30 minutes in line. There’s usually only 2 tellers operating yet a line is usually forming in a regular basis. 50% of the time the tellers are courteous while the other 50% they are short and annoyed. It doesn’t seem as though this branch is customer service motivated.

    Berenice was extremely informative and courteous at the North Ave location. She is very professional and has a great personality. Both my husband and I have been doing business with Wells Fargo since high school and do not plan on changing Banks anytime soon. Their phone customer service has always been a pleasure to work with and I love their app! I never accrue any fees or service charges either.

    This branch is simply AMAZING!! Compared to the one over by the mall. The bankers here take the time to trouble shoot and resolve issues, listen to the customers concerns, as well as try and find the best resolution for us. They have gone above and beyond more then needed especially Tristan (Personal Banker), Ross (Assistant Branch Manager), and Kelly (Branch Manager). These three have made miracles happens with strict restrictions. I have nothing but outstanding experiences here and would highly recommend this branch and staff to any and everyone. Keep up the great work guys and thank you!

    Erica was amazing! I've been on the phone for over an hour trying to figure out why a check hasn't cleared, I was transfer to the employee's inferno section?? After being so fed up I called this location and was helped in less then 2 minuets. Thank you for your time, if you dont want to waste any of yours, call this location for proper guidance.

    If you want to get locked out of your atm account on a holiday weekend sign up with Wells Fargo. They won’t help and they don’t care about you. I do not trust this bank.
