I came in to replace a cashier's check that I did not have receipt for. Kiara helped me for 40 minutes until we were able to print up a new check. She went out of her way to be nice and smile the whole time. Definitely a great banker!

Juanito has been amazing with me! He set up my account and when I came back 7 months later to apply for a credit card, he remembered me and made sure I got everything I needed. 100% recommend this branch. They kept in contact with me and kept me updated on everything

I had Mark McCarson to assist me. He was very helpful and made the process of opening my first account easy. Along with this, he helped me learn more about how to keep my account safe and made this process fun! Thank you all so very much, especially Mark.

Went in for an auto loan. Josie Pontillo helped me through the entire process and was always good about replying quickly when I had questions. Out of all the people who have helped to put me in debt, she was the best I've worked with.

Went to this location today looking to do a withdrawal. Had to go to the drive thru then was told I could not get the money I needed and needed to make an appointment. Called the branch I normally go to and they were surprised this happened. I’d highly recommend going else where.

I was in the branch a couple weeks ago and Brent helped me open a 2nd savings account. He was very helpful and knew exactly what he was talking about. Typically I feel like I'm being "sold" things with WF but this time he really cared about what I needed. Very impressed!

I typically go to another branch, but was in the area so stopped by this location. Skylar was extremely helpful. She went above and beyond in assisting me. It's rare you find that type of customer service. Thank you!

Poor-Fair does not even come close to what this bank specifically and wells fargo as a company should receive. First off I was charged two overdraft fees by wells fargo one for withdrawing money from a teller and two for moving money from checking to savings. When I called no one seemed to have an answer as to why they were doing this except some bull crap reasons. Then I had my accounts upgrade by Vette there at the bank, and the banker closed my old account without being sure there were no pending charges. So the old account had a negative balance. I called yesterday to talk to her about this and she informed me I had two weeks to pay this, I told her it might be longer than that, because I a paying rent today and have to wait until I am paid next to take care of this. She acknowledged this and said it was fine just to get it taken care of in two weeks or come in to have it extended longer. Then when I went to remove money to pay my rent, all that money was gone, to a "DR OFF SET TO ACCOUNT". What was the purpose of me calling and talking to someone? I am withdrawing all my other funds and leaving wells fargo, customer since 2005, leaving very disappointed in you wells fargo. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

I love this branch!!! Everyone and I mean everyone is so polite and helpful. Not your typical bank. Great people here!
