Val is super. She blended my natural color with the old color. It now looks all natural and original color.. She also trimmed the old,uneven hair into a beautiful new style. I look like an entirely different person. She listens to what you want and makes it happen . She is friendly and easy to talk to. You'll love her.
Valerie is amazing and truly cares about her clients. I've been seeing Val for 8 years now. She does almost every service you can think of! She has the biggest heart and will do everything she can to make sure you are comfortable and well taken care of.
I went in to see Valerie for a facial and had the most relaxing experience. Valerie treated me like a VIP. She even gave me a neck, shoulder, arm, hand, and foot massage. Wasn't expecting so much. I even fell asleep. I left feeling rejuvenated and looking much younger. My face looked so good, I wanted to cry...seriously.

Lash lift/tint turned out horrible. The lift was overdone. Too much curl. My lashes looked 100 times better before this nightmare. The lady who provided the service was nice but she talked entirely too much; I couldn鈥檛 even relax. Definitely research other salons before going here.
jmpjlw , I am sorry you thought the service was overdone and your lashes were over-curled. They will relax in time. It takes a few weeks for it to relax. Luckily it isn't permanent. I do remember I didn't charge you for the service, so I can't give you money back, but hope your lashes get better with time. I can refer you to someone for Lash Extensions. Val does a fabulous cut, as well as fabulous coloring. She listens to your preferences and also provides suggestions. Always a delight. You will be very pleased!

Poor. Totally butchered a hairstyle which was pretty good to begin now have to go short to correcr this mess and my hair takes forever to grow. Did get a refund but still. Not a good experience
Rachelle, I felt like the home hair color that you have, made the new haircut look worse. After the haircut, you could see where the bleach job done by her husband was not even. After she showed me pictures of her new haircut to get a refund, my eyes drew more attention to the bad hair color that was exposed. If your color is bad, no haircut will make it look better, unfortunately. My opinion to fix it would be to get a professional corrective color, before any more haircuts.
