Shawna was very helpful and greeted everyone walking in with us with the newest deals going on! We had an amazing time shopping inside this particular store due to the over friendliness of the associates. Thanks, we would love to return sometime next season.

Great smelling store. Shelves appeared to be well stocked. Handicap accessible parking. No handicap accessible entrance No public restrooms. Staff was courteous and helpful. Not busy and parking was available. Located in Lakewood City Commons shopping center. Across from IHOP so restrooms are reasonably close. No COVID-19 restrictions in place. Recommended

This is the best store to go to out of all the bath and body works in the area. Always clean here. The shelves are organized. The girls working are happy, friendly, and professional. The manager, mikayla, was an extremely helpful girl and answered all my product questions. It's nice to see a manager who creates a fun but professional environment. She does a great job creating an environment that is pleasant to shop in as well. Will always choose this store.

My wife loves shopping here but I never know what to get her, the girls here are always super helpful in finding the right product! Mikayla helped me pick personalized purple gifts as that's her favorite color (which she absolutely loved by the way)!!

I was in here about a week ago and I overheard a conversation that was absolutely appalling. The manager was talking to an employee and she was so rude. She basically told her that she will never move up in the company because SHE determined that she wasn’t good enough. She kept bringing up things that happened 3-6 months ago and holding it against her, and explaining that she would be cracking down on ridiculous rules. Overall, she was being cruel and unprofessional towards her employee. I’m a manager myself, and I would NEVER talk to one of my employees like that. It put such a bad taste in my mouth. For reference, the manager I’m talking about is the girl with half blonde/half brown hair. She’s horrible and really shouldn’t be in this position.

I had came to in to return a broken candle I had received when ordering online. Upon arrival the staff was very welcoming and pleased to help me with my exchange/ return. This location was small but very convenient for the location and closed to my home. So I had also did some shopping 🛍 in the store for Christmas gifts 🎁. The store was clean and very net. I absolutely love the candles from bath and body works🕯. At this location their is not very many options for candles or many at all 🙈. But I managed to swing by the store on a good day for a two day weekend sale. I had purchased body wash and some body lotion🧴 I also love the hand soaps! 🧼

This is my favorite place to shop, they have all the best smelly goods and the most amazing girls on staff! Micayla the manager was super helpful when looking for specific scents when I was being extra picky.

Great variety of scents and products. The foaming hand soaps are better than any other product out there. Friendly staff. They stopped offering my favorite product, the spa oils with essential oils unfortunately.
