Bath & Body Works

Love the new line of scents and lotions at bath and body works! The staff is friendly and helpful. I purchased a bunch of new stuff from here and I wish they would send or give more discounts and coupons like they did before. I haven't received any mail for free birthday items in a few years but I hope they do bring those promotions back again. Either way, living on the east coast or west, I have always shopped and purchased all my lotion and hand moisturizer from here and look forward to future promotions, sales and items to come.

The store offers us a lot of great sales we love going there because of it. The store is very clean and the employees go out of their way to make for a nice experience. No matter how many times we go, always great deals to be had.

Don’t visit this location they close early at the employees choosing and when you aske “why”… you know expecting a reasonable answer like inventory or a system issue… the employee said they had a tough day and they just decided to go ahead and close??? Like what? So know this store doesn’t follow the hours posted online and associates could care less if you drive 25 minutes to shop with them or not. Poor representation of the brand Bekkie!

Employees were all at the register talking about personal topics. Didn't ask if we needed help. I had brought my own bag and they didn't put the items I paid for in the bag. They just left them on the counter near my bag. Was just a strange exchange. I will proably just order online next time.

Who doesn't love bath and body works? The team members were helpful and sweet. I was looking for a specific scent that I was sure they wouldn't carry anymore. They pointed me in the right direction very quickly. I was bummed out because the beginning of October I was looking for their Halloween themed items and my location was sold out and had Christmas things set out already. You snooze you lose, I suppose. I'll be ready next year. 😉

From the time we walked in two employees were talking to each other non stop they were little to no help to the customers. They would point towards items instead of helping us to find it, then continue to talk among themselves. Then during check out after paying for everything, spend quite a bit of money, the check out cashier decided that giving us a larger bag to put on our stroller would be wrong, I couldn't carry it due to being in a wheelchair and my daughter was pushing a stroller. All we did was ask for a larger bag and they could keep the small one I even said if it was such a big deal I would pay, but she still argued that she cannot just give out bags, we paid for items, not a big deal but her attitude was like it was illegal and we were asking too much. No customer service skills, rude, and not helpful. For money spent they need to hire new staff for closing shift. I have spent a large amount of money here in this store over the years and have never had such a distasteful experience here.

I was in this store on Saturday 9/11/21 at 3:30. The girl that was checking me out(did not get her name) don't know if she was a trainee, she was not friendly at all. I would ask her questions and she would just look at me. After I finished paying, she gave me my receipt and didn't even say thank you, Managers better monitor there employees. As a customer, I was very disappointed.

As I get older, I start to love this store more and more. I grew up having their candles and hand soaps all over my house. I recently lost my mom unexpectedly and I seem to find myself shopping at bath & body works just to almost connect with and remember her. She loved everything about this store and I notice myself becoming more and more like her every day that passes. I am a sucker for a good candle sale, not gonna lie. This particular visit was specifically for their hand soap sale, I think I bought like seven of them and stocked up for the year.

ALWAYS love being in this store! The smells of loveliness all around is something I never want to just walk by... Go Ahead. Go In and Smell Away. *Definitely try the great samples they have for pretty much every product.
