This is the best Bath & Body Works in CO! The store is always perfectly set & they've got the BEST employees! Always helpful, sweet & overall a joy to be around! I look forward to going mostly because of the amazing employees that work at this location 🧡 I've been going to this location for several years & it has ALWAYS been a great experience! 😊

Grabbed a few things and while I was standing near the register the chip reader read my card from inside my purse. Without pulling out my card at all, it asked me for my pin. I never tapped anything. Extremely sketchy. I was at the register and had not even been cashed out yet. I brought my concern up to the manager and she pretty much disregarded me and laughed at me. I reported her store to my bank. I wound up leaving without anything because that was extremely sketchy. She just kept telling me to scan my card again even though it registered from within my purse twice! Why is a card reader scanning cards from an extreme distance? Do not recommend going here. This store has been blocked by my bank.

They're all so wonderful and supportive here. Have to love all the new seasons scents! The men's section had grown so well too. Dark and light options of the same scents! Chill vibe, no rush, it's hands down 💯 better than the Centerra center in Loveland, and their higher taxes! Boo Centerra, Yay Fort Collins crew!

Within 30 seconds of entering, my nose is so overwhelmed. I can't smell anything but teenage girls. The only reason I go here is for the stress relief eucalyptus mint lotion. It is a fantastic mosquito repellent!

Friendly and helpful staff. Prices were reasonable. Can't go wrong with Bath and Body Works. Great gift for any occasion.

Went in to stock up on plug -in fragrance. Getting the points for my purchase using my phone number was a pain, but finally got it.

Love this place it is my one obsession. I love the candles the soaps..body cream.. everything. They use to have more of a selection of great smelling baking scent candles. They brought some back but not all. The foaming soap is wonderful but they aren't priced like they use to be. I would get like 7 for 15.00 and use coupons. You can get great deals if you get them on sale and combine the coupons. I haven't received any coupons for awhile. I spend a lot at this place. Love the vanilla bean Noel body cream. I stock up. Customer service use to be great but has faulterd. I will be going just waiting for sales. Please bring back the great candles that you use to have. Not into flannel smells. Looking forward to see what they offer this year. 😍❤️went here today and got the candles on sale. They didn't have the lotion I wanted and they wouldn't let me use the coupon because they said they only sent them out to one person household.. doesn't matter how many people sign up. I don't get that. Went for candle day and manager was nasty and rude she is always like this. Won't ring up coupons..insult you..not help you..but blame you bc she doesn't put any effort at all in helping..she smiles with a smug look on her face. One person was helpful. But she is horrible. At checking out the went off on me in front of others bc I asked about a coupon..really? She shouldn't be in customer service. Everytime I go in...she does this. Very unprofessional...looks like I'm not the only one complaining. This store needs training and better attitude. Customers shouldn't be yelled at bc you want to use coupons. She purposely starts an argument ....I'm calling corporate again. 👿😡

Good for stocking stuffers, gifts for coworkers etc.. They send my wife coupons frequently that are really good value. They also have some men's products that are good that I use like lotion. The staff are so kind and friendly and helpful. It makes shopping there as a guy really easy even if I have no idea what I'm doing

My granddaughter is obsessed with this store. The staff was very helpful and friendly!
