This place is awesome!! Rob was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. No pressure and most games ready for a 'test drive'. We ended up putting down a deposit on a pinball machine that should arrive next month. Super easy. I will definitely purchase more from Rob! With a large selection, we just need to narrow it down because my house isn't big enough for everything we liked!

Amazing service!! Been looking for a Mando premium and everyone else said it would take forever. Talked to JJ and he got me a NIB, great price that shipped out within a few weeks. Just arrived and absolutely loving it!! Definitely will be my go-to for my next table.

Thought the claw machine I bought last month was a lost cause. They sent Eddie out and after a bit of his magic touch, it's back up and running. Wonderful service.

We needed some sand for our shuffleboard table in our airbnb and this place was only a few miles away so we stopped by. The kids loved it and were begging us to stay. Such a cool place. The staff was really helpful and super nice.

We have purchased 3 new pins, a dartboard and now a new PacMan Pixel Bash from The Game Exchange and all transactions have been the easiest to deal with. Rob and JJ are excellent to work with and they keep their word on a deal made over the phone. I highly recommend that if you are looking to purchase a game new or used this is the place to go. Thank you Rob and JJ for nothing but excellent service.

Game exchange did a great job at selling me a used pinball machine. Not knowing anything about them. Rob the sales guy and Jim the repair guy helped me get a fair price and fixed as many lights as they could that went out. Gave me 30 days for free repairs. And even went out of their way to find the missing change box. I looked at their reviews and already knew I was heading to a great place. I'm looking forward in the future to purchase more pinball games from them. Thanks for listening and delivering on every level from sales to the delivery guys to the repair guys. Thanks again!

I worked with JJ to purchase a new in box Toy Story 4 JJP machine. He was very helpful and answered all of my questions along the way. They will be my go to for future machine purchases!

David was outstanding! Super friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. He even introduced me to Eddie who works on the machines to give me a quick rundown on the maintenance! I would also highly recommend their delivery service as well. The guys that delivered it weren’t just great at what they do and how they handled the machine but courteous as well. Great experience!

This is pinball #3 I have ordered with GEX. Bottom line: they are fantastic. Great communication, fast shipping, generated receipts and documentation almost immediately after the sale, and all the games have been shipped and received within a 1 week time period. These guys kill it, and it is so refreshing to deal with someone that genuinely appreciates their community. When I talk to them, I don't feel like I'm dealing with a sales rep; I feel like I am dealing with a friend. Call it great sales strategy or good ol' down-to-earth service - either way, they have my business. Looking forward to buying the next game from them!!
