"I love this place, ppl are great smells great!!!!"
The sweetest staff and such a great selection! They helped me find exactly what I needed and made sure I was completely happy.
Great selection good prices
Took my hat to get cleaned and reshaped. The guy doing it, out did himself. Paid attention to detail and made it look like showroom quality again.
Great selection of boots and price ranges. Got my 4 year old a pair of boots for $40! They are high standard boots and super cute. The clothes are also super cute. They always have deals going on
This store has great customer service. I have bought two hats here and I am pleased with the assistance I received with trying the hats on. Most of the time the hats are hanging high on the walls out of my reach. So the sales representatives have to bring them down and remove the sensors before I can try a hat on. I also didn't realize that my hat size was different depending on the manufacturer. I highly recommend that you try every hat on before buying it.
They had a great selection of work shoes and and western wear. I got some Timberland Pro alloy toe shoes for about $186 after tax, which I think seems a fair enough price. I wore them while driving a truck and they gave a consistently solid, slip-free performance. If you need work footwear, you'll definitely get lasting safety and quality from their in store offerings.
I went in to get some boots and the lady that helped me was super friendly and very helpful. She was very informative and seemed interested in helping me find the right boot that would work for me.
Good to get an idea of what to buy online boot wise. Good selection in store if your looking for basic boots.
The staff was very friendly and helpfull. Good selection of items and options.
I bought my work boots from them 3 1/2 years ago. They are still working wonderfully! I work with dogs so having a shoe that is comfortable, waterproof, and heavy duty is what I needed. I don't remember anything about customer service, but they were $200. They are worth the money. Yeah leather takes time to break in (like all boots, and heels) and you need to wear thicker socks, but that's what cowboy boots are make for is how sturdy they are.
