The staff were simply amazing. They took very good care of our needs. Was happy to find a dress for my niece's wedding.

Bryan helped me pick out the best most comfortable boots for my boyfriend and he made sure I was getting quality boots. I ended up getting el dorado boots which I love and think they are so cool, and I also got some boot cleaners and he told me how to use it properly and through me being confused he was so patient with me!

Customer service is terrible. Only 1 staff member actually did her job and helped me. Serena was her name, and she did a phenomenal job assisting me. All the other staff acted like I was an interruption to their day. Serena ought to be commended for her outstanding hospitality. Thank you, Serena. You would be the only reason I would ever consider going back to boot barn.

We went in wanting to buy new hats but had a hard time finding someone to help us with styles and sizes. Everyone just kept telling us "thats all we have" no effort to find out what we needed. We ended up just buying a couple of cheap hats for the guys that needed them. The hat shaper didn't seem to know what she was doing, and we ended up reshaping it back at the hotel. I love boot barn and try to visit one anywhere I go, but this one definitely has opportunities with customer service.

Bought these Macie bean boots from this location on January 31st the price was 200.00 and the store refuses to exchange them, if you are going to charge high prices you should back your product.

We'll always choose this store over others. It's a decent size so their selection is better but the staff is what makes this particular store. There always helpful and oddly funny when helping. Always a pleasure

Great selection of Boots. I have been trying to get a pair of quality boots for a while, finally found a perfect pair at a good price friendly staff and clean store thanks Boot Barn.

Was fine, only one woman helped me find the safety boots. After she continued to work, no one else came around to help. But I did find some boots I liked.
