Bummed that I ordered the same size jeans, same brand I always get, however this year they were too big, already washed, can't return. "I'm soooooooooooooo sorry" is what I got :(

I ordered boots online sent direct to store to simply return if needed..they were sent to the wrong STATE!!! Now it's my problem to track & have sent to me !! So now 3 days will more like 20!!

Have a voucher from work to get boots. Tell me I have to come in-store to order and they'll take my voucher. Walk into stores give them voucher...oh no you have to pay for it first then refund it and then I can give them my voucher....would have just done the order online and avoid coming in twice. Thanks for the misinformation, lost time, and gas. Will never even think about coming to any Boot Barn again.

Shopped here for the first time. Tried to make a purchase. But, they demand a bunch of personal information just to buy something. Whatever happened to exchanging money for goods with a “thanks for supporting our business”? I’m not going to give away my personal info and give away my money.

Had a set of boots I bought from them and were defective and after talking to the manufacturer I was told boot barn would have to honor the return as an authorized dealer. I called boot barn and was told no they would not return any boots at all if they have been worn. I informed them what the manufacturer told me and the girl on the phone started getting short and told me unless they are their brand they won’t do anything. Sad that they don’t honor the manufacturers warranty at all. What is the point of being an authorized realtor of a product if you aren’t going to honor the warranty that product comes with.

Love the store, love the selection of clothes for women. However, I was shopping between appointments and the sales person was very friendly and eager to help but when I had my 5 items I wanted to try on, the dressing rooms were locked and I waited 10 minutes for someone to show up. I walked all over the store looking for someone to open the dressing rooms and no one was available to help me so I just left, disappointed and not happy that I didn't get to try on anything.
