Stopped in boot barn for my daughter's Christmas present. We are from Texas but I was not expecting the store to be the same as what we were used to. The staff was really friendly and helpful in suggestions and fitting for this climate. She found a pair that she loved easily.
Great selection of clothing, very good customer service, my order came in early and I was notified of this, really pricy though, but very excellent quality. I love it 馃榾
Made yet another great purchase from this store today. I have bought three pair of boots here for myself in the past 4yrs. Not because of the boot quality at all. Just because I enjoy shopping here. Not to mention the purchases my wife has made for herself and our little guy. The prices are on par with every other location for boots and western wear. There is always a great selection and you can find sales on different items multiple times a month. Also, anything you find on their website can usually be shipped to store within a few days at the most.
I love buying things for myself or for my family here. They always have a good variety of clothes/shoes that fit my style. The employees are always very nice and helpful.
Came in to find a shirt. Chris helped us so much. The best service we have had ever!!!

The lady and guy who helped me were beyond amazing 馃憦. They helped me return items with so much ease and spent a lot of time explaining boots for my 11 year old.
Terrible customer service on multiple occasions! Their boots are junk and wore within 7 months. They said. "That's normal " pfsst I've got 3 year old work boots still going strong! Walmart boots hold up better! They don't stand behinds their products and it's going to be a ordeal to get these boots replaced. Save your time and money and please go somewhere else. Employees here are rude and don't care. I'm tearing up my credit card . Done with them
I come here off and on and last time I was here I picked up a pair of Cody James boots and I鈥檝e been wearing them a lot and the people there are very helpful and will get what you want from outher por barns to you if they don鈥檛 have it!馃憤
I bought a pair of boots, a cleaning kit and a waterproof spray for just a little bit under $300, this place is awesome!! They have hats shirts and jackets for men's and women's. If you've never been to this place before I highly recommend it he recommended. The staff is friendly and the places clean.
