I am writing this review to personally thank my stylist Albani. She provided the best customer service experience for my mother and I while I was looking for my wedding dress! She understood that I wanted to stay at a certain budget and was patient with me during the process. The first dress that I liked did not fit my price range but she was diligent about helping me find one that did and we succeeded! I look forward to my final fitting and getting the dress tailored to become my dream dress! Update! One week after my wedding and I am so thankful to the Alterations team for making my dress perfect. It fit well and it was customized to the way I visioned. Thank you, Thank you David's Bridal team for your patience and professionalism while dealing with me. 😘

I had a great experience from start to finish getting my wedding dress at David's bridal. When I learned the dress I fell in love with was no longer being made and potentially out of stock I was almost devastated, but they were able to call and submit a code for me to get the exact dress I wanted! It was very easy to schedule an appointment for alterations and everything got done exactly on time!

We purchased a bridesmaid dress and needed alterations. We were so happy to find out that David's Bridal could handle the fitting and alterations for us, even though the dress had been purchased elsewhere. I can't say enough good things about our experience and the staff we worked with! Very professional and courteous! The dress alterations turned out perfect and we couldn't be happier. I would happily refer anyone to David's Bridal in Aurora, CO. Amazing team!! Many thanks!!!!

We went to this David's Bridal location after having a not so great experience at the one about 20 minutes away. My mom and I went with my younger sister to pick out her wedding gown and one of the stylist's at the other location made a rude comment about my sister where she could hear it, on top of just acting like she didn't want to be there. My sister started to have a panic attack and I stopped everything and we left. Once she got in the car, my sister told us what had happened. Since we had not found her dress yet, we had narrowed it down to her top 2. I called this location and briefly explained the situation. I knew that a Saturday would be difficult to walk in on, but I thought I would try since we knew sort of what we were wanting. Jhoana answered the phone and was not only sweet, but understanding, she was shocked about what had happened and made sure to let us know we were more than welcome to come in and finish the process. When we got to this location, I introduced myself as the person who called and we were immediately surrounded by a group of wonderful women who wanted to make sure my sister had the dress appointment of her dreams. The manager Angelica apologized profusely about the other location and told us she would call the other store to let them know what had happened and that she would take care of it. Our stylist Bella, was beyond amazing. Treated my sister like a princess and made sure to go above and beyond what we expected. Once the other manager Hannah came in for the day, she came over and personally helped Bella to make sure we found what we were looking for and even helped us find bridesmaids dresses and a flower girl dress. Our day went from zero to 100 as soon as we walked in the door of this location and I cannot recommend it enough! There were several other stylists who were incredibly sweet and caring, but I didn't get any of their names unfortunately. I know one of them was Selena, but truly everyone at this location deserves 5 stars.

What an amazing team at this location! I had such a great experience working with Savannah and the rest of the team were very friendly and helpful. Though I had no appt., I was in and out within 2hrs with the perfect dress and accessories. Thanks DB Team - Aurora!

Lucy in alterations was absolutely amazing. I never leave a review but she deserves it. She was so helpful. She did such a great job on my wedding dress I brought her my rehearsal dress to alter. After everything was finished and she learned I’m getting married in Mexico she offered to pack my dress in the suitcase. Wow! In a world where service has become terrible Lucy was fabulous. She was refreshing and sweet. Thank you so much! PS, I got a great deal on the dress! Very happy with everything.

Grace in alterations was fantastic! She really knows her stuff and was a joy to work with! She had me laughing and gave amazing advice. My dress is going to be perfect! 100% recommend seeing her for all your alteration needs

I went to David’s Bridal to get a dress that was given to me altered. The dress was a size 16 and needed to be sized down to a 6. The first fitting went well, but I was notified days before I was scheduled to pickup the dress, that it needed to be re-pinned. Lucy is who helped me during the second fitting. She explained why the dress had to be re-penned, but assured me (with an additional cost), that the dress would be altered correctly. I was concerned about the additional cost and if I had made a mistake in thinking the dress could be sized down so many sizes. Anna, the manager gave me some discounts and gave me assurance that everything was going to work out. I came back 3 days later to pick up the dress and it fit like a glove…it was perfect! I thanked Lucy, gave her a big hug, and walked out of the store with a big smile on my face.

Gracie is flipping amazing! I brought in a bridesmaid dress that I purchased at another store and needed alterations. The color was one that they did not carry in store and I had no fabric that could be useful. Not only did she find a way to make it work without me losing height of the dress, she was so kind and willing to do anything to help get this dress to fit comfortably. She is a wonderful person with a genuine and kind personality. I’m so happy to have the privilege of having her as my tailor! I have so much trust in her! Thank you Gracie, I can’t wait to wear the dress!

The alterations woman, Grace is amazing. She will do anything and everything to make sure you have everything you need and she redid my alterations multiple times after the first woman who did them( she is no longer with the company) really messed up the dress the first time around (hemming was super uneven and the bust area which she altered came undone after I tried it on again). I also had a great experience with the woman who helped me pick out the dress though I can’t remember her name. I only put four stars because of the hiccups I had early on with the first woman who did my dress and there was one time I showed up for an appointment to pick up my altered dress and the store staff forgot about me and my dress hadn’t been done yet. This was months ago however and they seem to have improved their processes since. Overall, I would recommend this location and if you can get your alterations done by Grace, you will not be disappointed!
