    I had a reservation for over a week, got no courtesy call about my reservation. I normally rent from Evans and I25. I took the bus out here because I didn't want to drive my full size van. I got here, was informed they did not have the vehicle I needed and tried to give me something smaller than my van. After explaining I had a large van and needed an open cargo. They lady proceeded to tell me I had to call other branches. I informed her that wasn't my job. So now I'm stuck out here waiting for the bus back into town, which only runs hourly. Worst customer service EVER! Than this assistant manager Ori Nachum, after explaining I had a name change, asked if I needed to show him, didn't say anything and than 5 minutes later asks to see my court document for name change so I showed him. He than grilled me about the address on my Driver's License. I explained I work with the nonprofit and am taking donations, I've rented with enterprise before and never had issues. Basically denied getting a rental and stuck waiting for the bus! I believe I was profiled and refused service because of how I looked, I have a disability and accompanied with a service animal. Due to construction we walked almost 2 miles back to the RTD. We are both tired and dehydrated.

    This is one of the worst Enterprise locations. Customer service is poor and can not contact location and won't answer their phones. They don't want to Refund my money for the rental which went through the insurance company, but had to pay out of pocket until the insurance company sent direct billing to them. Was charged for deposit of $300 plus 3 days of rental cause it was on the weekend. After I left the car at the auto shop for my repairs, they said Enterprise will pick it up. The billing was stopped. Enterprise said they will pick it up and inspect it first. Been about a week and no response or email about the rental and my refund that I am supposed to receive. Called Enterprise customer service and the sent email to location about the situation. Seems like I am getting the runaround from this place and no attempt to rectify the situation.

    We had a problem with our car rental and ended up switching from Budget to Enterprise. The Highlands Ranch location was awesome. The employee helped us with everything and was even able to change our return time after the fact at no additional charge. If you are in the area and need a car, try Enterprise first.

    I can't speak directly to the quality of the cars, I didn't even get that far. I had a reservation at another Enterprise for a full sized truck (CO law says insurance must provide a similar vehicle to the one under repair), but the body shop called this shop. Following this, this shop picked me up, drove to their rental office, and took my rental reservation from the other Enterprise location while knowing they didn't have the vehicle/a similar vehicle to the one I had ALREADY RESERVED a day or two prior. And, because they took my reservation from the other location, it cancelled my prior reservation for the vehicle i needed. So I just had to get my (thankfully driveable) truck from the shop and use it instead of the alternative of a Jeep Gladiator with a small bed and crack in the windshield

    I had a bad experience with these guys to start BUT they flipped it around and took good care of me. I have always said not to judge a business for how well it does it's job but how they handle their mistakes, I have 8 more days of rental so if something changes I will let you know but otherwise I am super happy with these guys!!

    The gentleman I dealt with was very polite. By the way county line location does not pick up on Saturday because they only have 2 people working. They did pick me up though. Good selection of cars, just not as clean as I normally get.

    I had an amazing experience. From the reservation to drop off I had no issues. The day I came to pick up car they were busy but got me out quickly. Ory and Alex helped me when I picked up and dropped off the vehicle. They were friendly, caring and quick. Thank you!!!

    This branch is kind of a mess. I had a rental for 8 days, 2.5 months ago. They just registered that the car has been returned and charged me for the extra 2.5 months. I was told 2 months ago that the issue had been resolved, but apparently they didn't actually fix it. They just kept charging me without ever contacting me again. You have to call first thing in the morning when they open or you will not get through. I was told that I would get a call back and didn't all day, then spent 2 hrs trying to get through until they closed. Went in person the next day. It's been days since then and I haven't heard anything about resolving it. When I picked up the car in the first place, they had also lost it then. Turns out that they didn't know where it was for days, and it was just in the on-site cleaning. They had been hassling the previous renter for days, blaming them for not returning it. If you have to rent from them, get lots of time stamped pictures, receipts, etc.

    Car was fine, but I was told I was due to return the car earlier than originally expected, when I tried to return a missed call, I never got an answer even after calling over and over.

    This location is completely unreachable via telephone. I had a reservation set up for this location and had to call the main Enterprise Customer Service line just to finalize the details, and this was after spending over 35 minutes total on hold over multiple phone calls and getting disconnected after 10-minute increments. Incredibly frustrating and time consuming. I'd love to change my rating if my in-person experience is more pleasant in the coming weeks. **Update: My in-person experience was lovely - the staff was friendly and VERY quick when getting a rental in motion. They told me that they are working on getting a proper voicemail and resolving the phone issues. My original one star review is now improved.**
