Well first, Jack was amazing. Very thourgh and a fun person to be around. The car was great! Exactly what we needed. We left some things in the car, because we were in such a hurry. If those are still mailable... we'd appreciate it!!

I did the reservation online. They asked if I wanted to do the save time at the counter by filling everything out on the website. I did that. I still had to go through answering all the same questions. They wanted insurance info. Nothing had been previously mentioned before that. Then, after going through all of that, they wouldn't take payment because the chip wasn't working; mag strip was fine. Nothing was mentioned that payment had to be with a card with a chip. What a waste of time. Not only was I not able to rent the car, but I had to rearrange plans.

Had to get a rental since my car was unfortunately stolen. Everyone was nice and kind but didn't have a car within my insurances budget. It's not there fault I understand, it's just extra money coming out of my pocket which was the downfall.

The service at this office was unusually good. They called the day before to confirm, in person, the terms of the rental and to remind me to bring all the needed documents. My Southwest flight was delayed for over an hour and I got to the office after it had closed. Ling opened the office and I got my car. Thanks Ling.

Rent a car, get reservation number and everything looks good, get a call the day of my pick up saying they cannot fulfill my reservation. Now don't have a car that I absolutely must have and they stuck me in a horrible position. Would not even call other locations in my area to help fulfill the rental reservation and wouldn't even do that. This is the second time this had happened to me at this location. Not going here ever again.

I felt a little rushed despite the fact I was the only one there. I mean, there wasn't a big charge on rental vehicles and I felt they could've slowed their roll when it came to just about everything. Had I not rented a vehicle before, this would've been a new and terrifying experience for me. No one ever tells you that there will be a deposit but they all expect you to pay it. And when you protest, they say it's in your contract. Whatever. A little foreplay goes a long way. Warm me up next time before you go charging my card for a "deposit".

My experience was not the best. I had an appointment to pick up a sedan. When I got there Friday night the only vehicles they had were big gas guzzlers. The manager said that she can have the sedan on Tuesday. I went and swapped cars on Tuesday. 2 days later the car had an oil leak and leaked a lot of oil on my driveway to which the manager said to send a bill to have it cleaned (maybe they will pay for it) Again I had to go and swap out cars only after waiting all day for someone to call me back to let me know if they had a vehicle, which no one did. I had to call them. I drove that car to work, when I came out of work there was a ticket on the car (expired plates) go figure. The next day an employee came to my work with the new tags. The only reason I am giving this review 2 stars is because the manager was so nice. Needless to say I will not be using Enterprise again.

Customer service was fantastic especially Alex who was very accommodating and listened to my situation. I had reserved a vehicle and received confirmation the car was available so I made all of the necessary arrangements for a ride and depending on the vehicle to be there at the time promised. I received a call on the day from the area manager who stated they had no vehicles available, but would be receiving returns later that day and I would receive a call when a vehicle was ready. I DID NOT receive any form of communication at all from the Boulder store as promised. I contacted the Broomfield location and it was confirmed no vehicles were available, but if I come by they would have something I could get into by the end of the day. Alex kept his word as promised and got me into a vehicle for my trip which to me was very important to the entire family. I have contacted enterprise corporate to inform them of the dissatisfaction with the Boulder store on 55th & Arapahoe, and to give the Broomfield store an A+ for the job and care they take with their customers.

My experience renting from Broomfield Enterprise has been awesome. All of the employees are super friendly, professional, and accommodating. I rented *a lot* over the last several months while waiting to buy my own car (including once for a road trip to Seattle). The one or two times I ever ran into any problems, they were quick to come up with a solution and help out. I finally purchased a car now. But if/when I need to rent in the future this is the only location I'll consider. Thank you to the entire team for helping me get around this past year!
