Enterprise Rent-A-Car

The only good thing about my experience. Here was the nice lady behind the counter. When I make a reservation for a car that I need it to take me close to 300 miles away reliably I didn’t mean give me an electric car with a battery that only had about 262 miles left on its charge.

I dont usually do reviews but i felt like the excellent service warranted one. Its always an easy experience, the staff is incredibly friendly and proficient. Specifically, Jason was superb and is extremely professional, will definitely be returning!

Allison is a fantastic manager at this Enterprise location. After being stranded by my broken-down car, she had clear answers to all my rental questions and was eager to help me get back on the road. Her service was friendly and professional. The only reason this review is 4 stars rather than 5 is that the Enterprise call center I had to contact before going to the airport is not great. They don't seem to know what rentals are available in real time; I was also given incorrect quotes that were far more expensive than what I wound up paying after speaking with Allison.

This location in particular has been a consistently amazing experience! Megan and Allison have helped me out on multiple occasions and always made sure I had what I needed when I needed it! I often rent for work and pleasure and would never rent anywhere else! Thanks!!

Staff was amazing and they deserve 5 stars. My issue are the cars that were given. The first one had the center console die the next day. I couldn’t use the backup camera nor play music, which is a must on my road trip. I had to miss a hike and skip a part of Colorado National monument just to drive back out to the airport to swap out the car. The second car had an issue where the light alarm system is broken and I would constantly get a “check daytime light” alarm. I took a video of it, it beeped 4 times just within my 10 second video. I had to hear it beeping thousands of times throughout my 600 mile hiking road trip. I will try and attach the video but not sure if photos only are allowed in the reviews. The only reason I kept the car is because I was already delayed on my road trip and didn’t want to waste another couple hours driving out to another enterprise location. The right side speakers were blown out as well. I had to adjust the car setup to “focus” the music on the left side of the car to just use the left speakers. This wasn’t nearly as big of a deal as the safety hazard of the constant alarm. The staff is amazing and it’s not their fault this happened, they’re just doing the best they can with the cars they were given. I returned the vehicle in Denver and told that location so hopefully the problem can be fixed. I would recommend renting a vehicle from another rental company so you can have a functioning car

Go Jason! We had a reservation with Alamo but when a person was ahead of us, in line, Jason McCann from Enterprise (adjacent to Alamo) indicated he could assist us. Jason was professional, pleasant, fast, found options to help us save money. Going out of his way to assist us, Jason actually finished with us before the person ahead of us at Alamo was done. So glad Enterprise, Alamo and a National are combined. And thanks again, Jason. Great job!!!

I love renting cars when I go out of town. I like trying out new makes and models and putting the wear and tear on someone else’s vehicle. Before I bought my Tacoma I rented one to make sure it was what I really wanted. That said, Enterprise is my go to spot for sure. Sean W at the airport location is the real MVP ya’ll. For starters, he has awesome hair. Lol Seriously the guy has a great personality. He is friendly, patient and courteous- a true professional. Thanks Sean.

Rented at this location several times in the past year. Staff is kind and efficient. Only wish the downtown location was open on Sundays and there were more AWD options.

You've got a superstar there - Nick. I reserved a full size car, but he ended up giving me an intermediate SUV. I was a bit reluctant, but after spending 4 days with the SUV, I had great gas mileage. Nick was great explaining things to me and to call him on his cell phone if there were any issues with the vehicle. I didn't call him by the way. Nick was friendly and courteous and got me on my way.

Wouldn't rent to me at the airport location. After they have rented to me before. Let me think I reserved a car then don't rent it to me. Was very disappointed my plans were ruined.
