Well done guys! Dropped my Tundra off in the morning for an alignment after changing my suspension this past weekend. Pedro did an awesome job with the camber, caster and toe numbers and E contacted me right away for pickup once it was all done.

I dropped my Honda Pilot off in the morning for new tires and an alignment. Jason was very helpful and had a great price on the tires. The lifetime alignment at Firestone is a great deal and I highly recommend it. The service a this location is great.

So, I use to use these guys all the time and gave them 5 stars. Today I am changing my rating to a 1 star! I made an appointment 9 days ago to fix a nail in my tire while I wait. I got here at the time they gave me and they said it would be ready at the end of the day. I had no way to get home and could not wait here all day. The guy couldn't care less!! I'm done with theses guys.

Firestone complete auto beats going to a dealership that is behind on their service by weeks. Also some not friendly. Took car in at 8 am to have refrigerator system reviewed and had it done in 3 hours as I waited. Dealership always throws diagnostic testing charge before they work on your car. Many people come to Firestone for car work. They are reliable from what I observed. Go for it!

I've brought person and work vehicle to this location. The local shop and team are great. They are honest, straight forward, and have always gotten work done in a timely manner. I do feel that Firestone's pricing is a little steep but that is not determined by the local team and the convenience of this location makes the couple extra bucks worth it to me.

Made an appointment online to bring my car in at 4 for A/C service. Received a confirmation email. When I showed up at 4, I was told they were closed and their tech had already gone home. It says on their door that they鈥檙e open until 5, and right here on Google it says they鈥檙e open until 7. Took my car to another place.

Lazy....garbage......pieces of beyond what I'm aloud to say. Everyone there says their name is ange and theyl smirk and give bad service. They think its a joke. I'm reporting it to the BBB and hopefully someone can hold them accountable for their garbage work. They replied and said come in for free work. Yeah right like I'd let them work on my car...... smh
