This Firestone location is the best one I have been to. I have been here many many times. Its my first choice when it comes to oil changes, brake jobs, tires and anything else really. They have great customer service, honest friendly staff and always do the job right the first time and on time. I have never had a problem here. In fact, a lot of times I have called to get my car in for a service, even if their schedule is full, they squeeze me in and get it done in a very timely manner. Every time I come back to Colorado to visit, I make sure to go here if I need to, before I head back to Idaho. I would recommend this location to anyone. Don't get upset with them if they short handed when you go in. If you don't want to wait, go somewhere else!

I had some new shoes installed on my Subie. Purchased through Tire Rack and had everything delivered here. I was in and out within 45 minutes on a Friday evening. Daniella was great and super helpful. Great experience! I'm loving my new set up. Thanks guys!

Great service here. Been using this shop for years. They never recommend junk service or up sell, very honest and straight in what they tell you. Garret was a big help and very friendly taking time to talk with me. Prices are fair too and they help with coupons. That said, they are short master techs atm. So don't bring serious engine or transmission issues to this particular Firestone, but anything else they cover well.

Thank you so much!! I needed to know what was going on with my car. They were fast, efficient & told me exactly what was wrong and what my car needed. If you're thinking about it: make the appointment cuz they are busy!! I had to schedule my appointment out a couple days, but it was definitely worth the wait.

Excellent and efficient service! Really helped me out. Even though I scheduled a simple oil change through the APP that ended up getting scheduled for a time I did not want… when I showed up to the store they were able to get me in and get everything sorted out perfectly. I had a new appointment and the word got completed. Don’t trust the APP to schedule you a time and double check the email that says your appointment is confirmed, it will likely be a different time than the one you selected. For best results call in or drop by in person!!!

Thanks Ms Daniella! She went above and beyond with her customer service and patience during a busy time and close to closing. She offered to assist me with a minor car issue that kept me off the road. Not only did she work on the issue with my car, but she came over and helped me with their coffee machine. I can see why the rating is high...especially if everyone has a great work ethic as her!!!! The mechanic also helped Daniella even though he was busy. Both had awesome attitudes. I hope someone high up sees this post.

Terrible customer service. Called Friday to ask about sizes and inventory, told them I’d be there Saturday and all the sudden the kid who claims he always answers the phone doesn’t remember our conversation. I understand you’re busy and you see so many people but to treat me with such disrespect and terrible customer service is ridiculous!!! The amount of money I’ve spent on my other vehicles and I get treated like this….. he treated me like straight trash telling me no I didn’t call that location and this that the other. Dude I know I called you guys because I asked if you were by Dutch off of mineral and the answer was yes. I even remember giving the make of my car saying it was a veloster and the individual going on about the co worker who has the same car so don’t sit there and tell me I didn’t call you when I did. Lost my business for sure. Respect and communication goes a long way and this location has neither completely rude!

Got a flat tire from nails spilled on I25 and these guys were able to get my car fixed on the same day so I could have it back for work! I have the Firestone Winterforce tires which I definitely recommend for snowy weather and I also recommend the warranty because it's only been a year since I got them at this location and that nail incident today was covered 100%. This place will always be my go-to
