The employees at this location were very patient, helpful, and communicative. They weren’t pushy about getting me to fix things that didn’t HAVE to be fixed right then and there and didn’t pressure me to spend a ton of money. They were, however, very thorough when inspecting my vehicle and let me know what things to make a priority and what things could wait. It also seems that they’re putting time, effort, and money into the building itself, which is always comforting as the consumer.

These guys are great. Stellar service and never feel like I’m being ripped off. Won’t go anywhere else.

Can't confirm if VVT solenoid electrical connection was broken when they replaced our alternator, but it did go unnoticed by the techs. Caused check engine light that was not troubleshooted in the 3 weeks that they had the vehicle. Wasn't even mentioned when we finally got the car back. Our problem was a complicated one, but noticing a snapped connector should have been an obvious red flag.

Greeley Midas are wonderful people and true professionals. I look forward to taking my cars to them for a long time.

I have been going to Midas in Greeley for quite some time now, at least 9 years. Mark the store manager as well as his assistant manager Temma have always taken great care of all my mechanical needs or issues. I have always recieved a positive and warm welcome each and every single time I step foot in that building. I can not tell you how much I appreciate that. It's definitely one of the biggest reasons why I always come back. A very knowledgeable staff I can depend on. Their technicians do awesome work and I have never had any problems but believe me, if I did, I know 100 percent Mark would resolve any issues without hesitation. One last note I want to add and it comes from the heart. A few years back. My wife came out of work and called me from her work parking lot to let me know that our car was not starting and she was so very sad and frustrated. I called Mark immediately and told him the situation we were going through. His immediate reaction was I'll take care of it Gabe, don't worry I got you. Mark had arranged for a tow and a ride for my wife to get home. Than was able to fix our vehicle the very next day. To me, that speaks volumes and I will never forget that. Anyone who knows what its like to run into a broke down car situation unexpectedly, can understand how truly frustrating and annoying is. But Mark and his crew had our back. Talk about above and beyond. Thank you Mark and everyone at Midas. My wife and I truly appreciate everything throughout the years of awesome service.
