Firestone Complete Auto Care

I had this shop repair a flat on my rear left tire. A day later, I noticed it was down 5 pounds of air, so I took it back. At this point, figured I was good to go, but the next day, my back left is down 5 pounds again, and surprisingly, so is my front right. I set up an appointment to go back a third time. Before they got to the front right tire, they told be that the rear left tire had a second puncture, and pointed to a staple sticking out of the sidewall.. At this point, I opted to take my car somewhere else, because it seemed too convenient they could blame the issue on second puncture, and I personally never noticed the staple before when I inspected their work after the first failed attempt. I took my car to another shop; where they properly dunked the tire, and found that the staple ("second puncture") didn't actually go through the tire, but instead the original repair had failed -- I even saw bubbles coming from Firestone's original repair. I suspect Firestone actually inserted the staple in the sidewall manually, to shirk their responsibility of making the situation right. Unfortunately, the original repair was drilled so large, it compromised the tire beyond repair. So in effect, Firestone totally ruined a tire that I could have patched myself with better success. On top of it all, the owner/manager has been ignoring my request for a call back for a week. This shop does not deserve your business.

Great service; very timely, polite, knowledgeable, and they went out of their way to help us out with a serious alignment issue we were having with our car. They kept us updated with calls every step of the way and the price was much more reasonable than a couple other shops we spoke to. Highly recommend.

This store took care of us on a Sunday afternoon. Most tire service places are closed on Sunday. They had us in and out with within 2 hours. We had a new set of tires installed and alignments done. They removed our alignment charge because the adjustment was minimal. They were very nice and had the best customer service I’ve seen in awhile at service shop. They saved us money and time. I was impressed!!

This Firestone is the only place we take our cars in Castle Rock. I popped a tire on my AWD car on a pothole last week and needed replacement ASAP. Drew took care of me, found my warranty information in their system (bought the tires originally at Firestone, too, and had the lifetime alignment service which also helped keep the price workable!), helped me figure out a great all-weather tire, did a free checkup on my car, and got me moving again within a day. Their whole team is excellent and are clearly making customer service a huge priority. (Bonus: if you’re staying there while they work on your car, Firestone actually has good wifi.)

So glad there’s a Firestone nearby! The one in Castle Rock has done a great job with all our cars. Dropped off the car for oil change, tire rotation, battery check, and full diagnostic. I trust them to tell me when things like spark plugs need replacement. Drew (service manager) is able to meet timeframes and keeps me updated on how the services are progressing, if they find anything during the regular checkups. Plus, when we were out of town the Firestone in Kansas was there to help and had the service records. Definitely recommended.

They can’t replace a tire on my truck because they are too lazy to do it on the ground out front, they will only work if it’s easy for them.

Honestly this is the best car shop in town. Firestone has always been my go-to place. But this location in particular is the greatest. Thank you DAVID!!!!

We’ve been bringing all of our cars to this Firestone for years. They’ve kept everything running beautifully and when we do have emergency repairs, Firestone has always handled them quickly and cost effectively. Drew was incredibly helpful today with taking care of my latest scheduled maintenance and oil change. Highly recommended!

I thought I needed a complete brake job. To my surprise I only needed front rotors. Their honesty is refreshing in today's market.
