Martha helped me solve a problem on my phone, that took her a bunch of time, but she persisted until she figured it all out. She was very personable, professional and patient. Thank you for employing such a lovely person who understands what customer service really means.

So I called Asked about our upgrades. Sent my wife down to the store after Confirming availability and prices. I get a phone call from her after she walks a few miles to get there. The person at the boost store told my wife a completely different price for phones that we didn't want it would have been a downgrade from what we have now. Remember I called before she went spoke with the same person and was told how much and what we could get with the upgrade. Went to pay a bill for my sis before they turned off her phone, no grace period of course. Supposed to be open until 7 pm, was there at 5:30 pm, they were closed!

I locked my SIM card and for several days I have been writing to customer service to get a PIN code and for three days in a row I have wasted several hours and finally nothing. But today I went to this office and the young man there was very kind and solved my problem in a few minutes.

Have been helped by both Jesse and Kat, and they're both fantastic. Most recently, Kat was patient and knowledgeable beyond measure. I walked in certain that my phone number would transfer even though my service had been discontinued (shocker, it wouldn't) and with a used iPhone that I was certain was unlocked (seemed like it was...ultimately wasn't.) Kat never got flustered, never lost their upbeat attitude. Got me set up with a phone I love and a great plan. Excellent experience.

Very good experience. Jesse is so helpful. He makes sure that everything is taken care of while your there. Great store. Back to Boost, both boys needed phones one went in toilet the other I stepped on. Martha helped set them up and she was great!!

The guy that was there today, who said he was the owner, told me boost didn't have a Samsung phone,. Funny I got an offer from them via text. When I asked him if he'd please switch everything over, he originally said of course that's what we do.. After NOT most of my info had been transferred, then he said , it's a favor we offer to our clients.. After spending about $ 200. On new phone he said he was waiting for the printer to print my receipt... Which I never got a recipe at all, for my phone... This guy has NO CLUE WHAT HES DOING... PLUS.... He took a personal phone call while I was there... UNPROFESIONAL.!!!!!! DONT GO HERE...

I have been with boost for 5+ years and love their service. The customer service at this particular store is excellent and Martha, who helped me, was great. She answered all my questions and made sure I got the best deal and I was in and out in no time. Thanks Martha and thanks boost for having such great employees plus great service!!!!
