I am very thankful that Omar was there to help. He has so much patience with customers and co-workers alike! He even stayed late to make sure that I had phone service. Thanks to his knowledge and persistence, he really made what could have been a bad experience much easier to deal with.

I was looking for a new screen protector for my Android S21 and they didn't have any. Since it's almost 2 years old I guess they think you need to get a new phone instead of getting a screensaver for your old one.

Willow and Omar were very helpful when doing a trade in on a phone I didn't like. It was a difficult process but they made it a lot easier!

The sales rep willow was by far the best sales rep I have ever dealt with. Definitely wish there were more people as knowledgeable and people friendly as she was . Definitely knew her stuff and I'd rate it more stars if I could.

Laura is the most amazing person she knows her stuff. I recommend the Greeley Mall store over the on off of 34th and 47th! The Mall store is fun and professional and makes it worth the money you spend to help keep my phone protected! Truly like this store and my experience was awesome! You need more people like Laura.

Update: Verizon reached out to us on 8/21/22 and asked us to come back in so they could make things right, so my husband and I did and we were treated with proper customer service and they did want we needed with no issues. Thank you Verizon for making it right we appreciate it. Twice we've been into this store and the first one was so incredibly rude and the second time he was also rude but he was also cussing at the customers before us and saying what a horrible company Verizon is because they won't train him to work the new system.
