I needed to completely get rid of my Sprint status and wanted to upgrade my phone since I hadn鈥檛 done that for years. Tyler helped me out and his customer service was fantastic. My old phone must have been possessed because what should have been a 30-60 minute change ended up being a 3 day event. Yes, I had a lot of pictures, messages and other stuff, but in the world of technology, it was definitely not the norm for it to take so long. Tyler was patient and professional the whole experience. The manager TJ was extremely helpful too. If you鈥檙e looking to switch or upgrade, I highly recommend this store and these guys.

My youngest child accidentally messed up both of our phones trying to fix his. Customer Care (the phone number) was unable to help after several attempts. I went to this location to resolve the issue. We were greeted immediately, and the staff was very genuine and friendly. We didn鈥檛 wait at all for assistance. Brett F. listened patiently to our story, and immediately went to work helping us. He called Customer Care for a question, and they did not know how to assist. He never gave up, and spent well over an hour fixing a problem that we created. He did so while listening, entertaining us, and assisting other guests simultaneously. He was very effective in solving our problem, and providing excellent customer service. He went above and beyond, and we are so very grateful! He even took the time to reassure my son and made him feel better. He is a gentleman and a scholar, a true Mobile Expert! 馃槑

We had to make a couple of trips because we were moving numbers off of plans and onto different plans, and getting new phones. The first trip, they corrected some wrong information we had so we could actually release phone numbers and they advised us of the best time to come back to get our new phones. Sam helped us out the second trip and made it pretty painless for us to get our new phones, which was a lengthy process. Definitely my best experience in working with a carrier/phone dealer.

Sebastian went above and beyond in helping us switch our mobile service to t-mobile, making sure we got the best possible deal and that everything was set up properly. Very knowledgeable, professional, and helpful!!

Sebastian at the South Glen store was so helpful! his customer service skills were great and he fixed the issue with my phone as well. Jan. 30th I bought a Pixel 7 and Tyler did a great job helping me get it set up. This store has wonderful customer service reps. These guys are great at what they do and at being kind while they serve. This will be my "go to place" when I need help!

First and foremost T-Mobile as a company overall is absolutely incredible! I have been with T-Mobile since 2015 and I will be a lifelong customer. I have never once had a bad experience in any of the T-Mobile stores I have visited and this location was no exception The customer service is ALWAYS top-notch! Even when they are busy and I've had to wait to speak to someone I have always received 100% of the associates attention. They are always so kind and very patient (I always ask a ton of questions). Not once have I ever felt that the associates are "just making a sale". You can tell they truly want to help you find exactly what you need without rushing you whatsoever, no matter how long it takes. Everytime I've ever upgraded my phone or made a purchase of any kind, the associates always get me the best deals, including one time I got a free tablet when I got a new phone! This was my first visit at this particular location and Kevin was the associate who helped me. He was so patient with all my questions and went out of his way to make sure I left the store feeling like all my questions were answered. T-Mobile employees really are exceptional and make you feel like your family! This store is very easily accessed with plenty of parking right in front! Last but not least, if you don't use T-Mobile Tuesdays you're really missing out!!!!

Upgraded my phone earlier today and had a great experience at this location! The staff was very helpful but also very kind, complimented me, and made me laugh! I love when you can tell the staff act like a family and treat their customers as such too. Can鈥檛 recommend enough!
