Verizon

I had an issue with an Apple product, and I thought someone who knew a little something about it could give me some advice without me having to call Apple Services, which, in my experience, takes FOREVER. So I called Verizon in Vidor and Emily not only helped me with my issue, but gave me options that were WAY faster than going through Apple. She answered all my questions, and when I asked her about her personal experiences with a product like I was having issues with, she was more than happy to share with me. Not only did she save me a ton of time waiting on the phone with Apple Assistance, but I’m also getting my replacement product a lot faster and saved about $100! Thank you, Emily!

It was one of the better experiences I've had at that store in Vidor. Emily Dalfrey made the experience very enjoyable and it's too bad more of the employees can't be like her. She put me at ease right away and never once made me feel like I was wasting her time or that she would rather be doing something else. She was so sweet and actually made me feel like she really cared.

Chelsea was very personable and not pushy. She helped us get new phones by allowing us to make our own decisions based on the options available. Overall pleasant experience

We were extremely happy with the service we received from Layne today. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We purchased 3 new phones and added 2 new lines with no issues. Layne went over all the details of the new phones and showed us what to expect on our bill in the future. He provided us with all the available discounts and saved us money on the new phones. He also was very patient while transfering all the information from our old phones to the new ones. This was the first time we have gone through this process wtihout any complications.

Did not set my info in the computer when I got my service so here I am over a year later and I still can't use the app or any service that I need to log into. My account is locked and no one, not ever customer service can seem to unlock it. I have to either call customer service to make a payment or go to the Verizon store. It would be nice if the app worked and my address was correct in the system. I have no idea how to fix this.
