Forever 21

This is definitely a place for our younger generation of women and men. My pre-teen daughter loves to shop here and they have a large selection of clearance items that are cheap. There is a section for men as well.

It's clean and the racks aren't too over stuffed with items. They always have my size too which is great. I don't like the way they organized their jeans table. Everything is just stacked together with no labels. It's terrible.

One of the worst retail stores I have ever stepped foot in. The lady checking me out was extremely rude and had no manners whatsoever. I had a difficulty with my purchase and when the manager came to correct it and she was proven wrong, the lady was so mean and began to insult me. I never recommend going here. That lady, along with several other workers should be fired. The manager was nice though.

Workers were very rude. When I was ready to check out they looked at me then looked away and continued gossiping. After they were done with their gossiping they proceeded to ignore that I was there but continued to make eye contact. After a while of being ignored I asked if they could check me out. (I was the only one there and they were literally just standing there) she stared at me and said “yea I guess I could get you at this one.” Like oh you mean you guess you can do your job?

I stopped here with my wife whist at the mall on a hunt for cologne. No guy stuff, in fact no adult stuff... just stuff for high school and college aged girls. As they saying goes "that's what I love about these high school girls I get older they stay the same age". I had to leave as not to be the creepy dude.

I used to love coming here but they’ve stopped carrying plus sizes AND size XL in women’s. I’m a size 12 and can never find anything here for me anymore unless I go to the men’s (which had plenty of XL’s). 10/10 do not recommend

The girls here working shift October 2nd closing shift have a horrible attitude. Maybe a class on customer service or something, work on their approach. Not sure if they had a bad day but I wouldn’t have this type at work.

You can never find employees and when you go look for something in the store it looks like they really dont care that it's a mess. My friend bought a shirt and it said it was 12 dollars and when the employees rang her out it was 24 dollars told the employees that the price said that it was 12 dollars and she said she couldn't fix it. It was either we but it for 24 dollars or dont get it. Ask for a manager and the manager came to explain to us that the ticket on the shirt was for the wrong shirt. Well th as ts our problem so we left and never went back.

Ugni was the best. Top notch customer service. She helped me in the dressing room and I felt like i had my own personal stylist. She went above and beyond to find the styles that I was looking for.

I love this store! I know I only gave it 3 stars because I did not like what they had on the rack for the first time. I didn't see anything I like. There wasn't enough black
