Shopping after the unicorn event and honestly felt like this store is disorganized I couldn’t find anything nor anyone that could help. Granted was really busy 4 cash registers open and still line of 10 people, some things a very overpriced for the quality took 2 stars off for the disorganized and lack of transparency on their pricing is very confusing, the gentleman at the register was nice and the lady that held my shopping items so we could go eat that was really nice of them I have to say that. Overall a 3 star experience. They charge 10 cents for a bag mmm not sure what to say about that but, just be aware. Also I couldn’t find the athletic section again trouble finding what we were looking for. Hope this helps.
Hello Sir…Madam, After having an appalling negative shopping experience at the Castle Rock H&M clothing store on Sunday, August 13, 2023, my best friend of 20 years in which are both handicapped decided, or rather were forced to drive back to Colorado Springs. We would like to start by giving great compliments to a sales associate by the name of Shannon from the Chapel Hills Mall for her incredible service and acknowledgment of her merchandise, and outstanding service to both my friend and I. Because of Shannon, my friend and I found more beautiful outfits and loved every items she chose for us. We believe Shannon should be the role model and in leadership position for everyone at H&M to represent how a client should be treated and trained accordingly. We can’t thank her enough especially experiencing such disastrous experience at Castle Rock H&M location the day before. At the Castle Rock H&M, the sizes we needed we were not available except on the mannequin. Two sales associates by the name of Kristin and Tyler were not interested in assisting us in the least to to be helpful. Rather made us feel that we were not valued customers by continually informing us they could not accommodate us with what we needed repeatedly. They also failed to show us other similar items that could, however, reflect to help change our views on merchandise and failed miserably by not showing other items available. This includes both in the premises, and online. Their customer service were below astonishingly disappointing to say the least. Even more dismayed that I had came from Vegas to have an experience with my best friend for shopping and fun since it’s been years we both last saw this wonderful place. Our anticipated day was completely ruined with sorrow and anger. The sales associates including the manager turned us down and sent us away to other stores and disposed us as clients of their establishment with no remorse. In conclusion, we wish to thank you for acknowledging our concern and hope individuals mentioned will be held accountable for their lack of experience and integrity of customer care in the future.
I was at H&M shopping with my family this morning, my son who is 10 years old was very excited to learn how to use a credit card. At the register my husband and I were talking my son through how to tap the credit card and all of a sudden to our surprise the employee serving us just started abruptly saying mean things and being extremely rude. I am still traumatized by this experience as we had said nothing to the employee and were just enjoying shopping. On the way out I politely said to the employee “kindness is a virtue “ and the employee started yelling at me that I had the nerve to say that. I have always loved shopping at H&M but this experience has really hurt me. I will certainly never be going back to this store again 😞
Racist customer service agent I am of middle eastern origin, tried to get into the fitting room with my daughter to try few clothes. The two sales representative denied us going together claiming that it was the store policy. Not only that but they were extremely rude. This happened on July 9th @ 2:30 - 3:00 p.m.
BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I’VE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE. LUCAS IS AMAZING, KIND AND PROFESSIONAL. I WISH EVERY H&M EMPLOYEES WOULD BE LIKE HIM AND LEARN FROM LUCAS!!! SOO SOO HAPPY!!
Nice service and customer service it's accessable for all, affordable there are no restrooms inside but down past its isle of stores there is a couple it's clean and always stocked fountains and vending machines and it has a food court really nice place.
I love H&M they always got the deals!! If you haven't been, you should!
I had a very hard time shopping here. The workers complained constantly about having to work on a Sunday and having to deal with it getting busy. Very unprofessional. I mean tough that's literally the point of being paid to be somewhere working. I know what its like to work many Sundays at minimum wage jobs for years. You don't get paid to complain at customers for being there shopping. I've never acted that way to a customer and I dealt with some very bad crazy days and crazy customers working at Starbucks for years. I never acted rudely to a customer or complained at them for being there. I didn't respond to the H&m workers complaining I just went on with my day and tried not to bother them. Then I went to the dressing room and had a few extra items beyond the limit and they said they would keep the extra out for me on a special rack when I came back. It was only a couple minutes later I went back out to get the other items and they had forgot about them and put them in all different places, not even like put them away or anything just different racks with hundreds of clothing items and I couldn't find them again. Very rude. The girl who did it didn't even apologize to me when she knew she had taken them from the special holding rack within minutes of them being placed there. Ya know, it's not that fun when you spend 30+ minutes perusing a large store carefully choosing styles and sizes and then all that time wasted because they get rid of it and don't even try to help you find all of it again. Plus the area turned out to be pretty trashy I guess because another woman shopping there decided to barge into my dressing room for some reason without saying anything even with the curtain closed and someone obviously being inside.
All the employees seem SUPER helpful and I could accidentally buy all the stylish apparel here. The only thing is, no offense, but the store is kind of dirty. It needs a deep clean, floors polished, and some minor renovations like new countertops. Hopefully the owners can set aside some funds for this soon.
Pathetic customer service by the employee I am in customer service for more then 10 years sales to customer satisfaction is the biggest key but looks like they don’t care about customer no more sad
